

摘 要:打造基于MES的監獄智慧車間產品追蹤系統,并且運用RFID射頻技術進行輔助,實現監獄車間生產過程數據的實時性與透明性,契合司法部建設智慧監獄的號召和目前監獄生產的要求,有利于促進監獄生產車間智慧變革,滿足監獄的生產與改造雙需求。同時,監獄人民警察能夠及時掌握設備使用情況以及罪犯的生產進度和勞動改造動態,大大改善勞動生產車間的管理,完善勞動改造產品的評估,促進服刑人員改造質量的提高。

Abstract: This paper proposes to create a MES-based prison smart workshop product tracking system, and use RFID radio frequency technology to assist to achieve real-time and transparency of prison workshop production process data, which meets the Ministry of Justice's call to build a smart prison and the current requirements of prison production, helps to promote the smart reform of prison production workshop, and meets the dual needs of prison production and transformation. At the same time, the prison people's police can timely keep abreast of the use of equipment, the production progress of criminals and the dynamics of labor reform, greatly improve the management of the labor workshop, improve the evaluation of labor reform products, and promote the improvement of the quality of the reform of prisoners.

國家刑罰執行機關,即監獄,承擔著對罪犯進行懲罰和矯正的功能,監獄內的勞動生產活動是對罪犯改造力度和改造作用最大的活動。本課題的研究,是在司法部進行“智慧監獄”與“數字法治、智慧司法”信息化體系建設的背景下,將MES(Manufacturing Execution System)技術和RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)射頻技術應用到監獄生產現場,大大提高勞動改造領域的信息化程度和監獄生產車間的科學性與規范性,促進服刑人員改造質量的提高,為打造監獄智慧生產車間奠定基礎。
1 系統設計目標
我國監獄勞動生產車間多年來采用的傳統生產過程存在智能化程度低的特點,即生產物品信息無法及時更新與追蹤、監獄人民警察無法對生產過程進行實時監控與管理、產品質量溯源難等。基于MES的產品追蹤系統充分運用RFID的技術優勢,旨在實現生產過程各環節數據與產品的實時綁定、實時追蹤,以掌握服刑人員勞動生產改造情況,保障獄內生產的有序高效運行[1]。……
