摘 要: 在地下變電站的運行中,機械故障的診斷與排除是確保電力系統持續穩定運行的關鍵環節。隨著科技的不斷進步,機械故障診斷方法不斷演進,涵蓋了振動監測、紅外熱像法、電流電壓波形分析等多種先進技術。以泰國孔提地下變電站項目為例,通過分析對地下變電站機械故障診斷與排除方法,并提出地下變電站機械優化策略,以提高維護效率,降低設備損耗,從而推動地下變電站機械系統的可靠性和可維護性達到新的高度。

Research on Diagnosis and Troubleshooting Methods for Mechanical Faults in Underground Substations

Abstract: During the operation of underground substations, the diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical faults is a key link to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the power system. With the continuous progress of science and technology, mechanical fault diagnosis methods are constantly evolving, covering various advanced technologies such as vibration monitoring, infrared thermography, and current and voltage waveform analysis. This article takes the underground substation project at Khlong Toei in Thailand as an example, analyzes diagnosis and troubleshooting methods for mechanical faults in underground substations, and proposes mechanical optimization strategies for underground substations, so as to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce equipment loss, and drive the reliability and maintainability of the mechanical system of underground substations to a new height.

泰國孔提115 kV地下變電站項目坐落于泰國曼谷市孔堤區,是一座獨具特色的地下變電站。該項目的施工范圍涵蓋地連墻、樁基、鋼支撐、開挖、主體結構、裝飾裝修、電氣系統、機械系統以及室外附屬等多個方面。曼谷孔提地下變電站是該國首個地下變電站項目。項目占地面積相對較小,僅為1 296 m2,這使施工作業面相當狹窄,為各項工作的順利進行增添了難度。同時,由于項目規模較大,交叉施工不可避免,對施工現場管理提出了極高的要求。為了成功完成孔提115 kV地下變電站項目,施工企業將承擔土建工程、氣體絕緣開關設備(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)采購和安裝的責任。土建工程將包括地下結構的施工,涉及樁基和主體結構等方面,而GIS采購和安裝將覆蓋電氣系統的關鍵部分。該項目的獨特性不僅表現在其地下變電站的先進性,更體現在其框架結構和地上局部1層的設計?!?br>
