城鎮(zhèn)化背景下民用建筑施工節(jié)能技術(shù)研究

摘 要： 主要研究城鎮(zhèn)化進程中民用建筑的施工節(jié)能技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的快速推進，建筑業(yè)的能耗問題日益凸顯，而施工階段是節(jié)能的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。首先闡述了民用建筑施工節(jié)能技術(shù)應(yīng)用的意義。其次，分析了民用建筑施工節(jié)能技術(shù)存在的主要問題。最后，提出了基于城鎮(zhèn)化背景下民用建筑施工節(jié)能技術(shù)要點，從而為城鎮(zhèn)化背景下的民用建筑施工提供參考價值。

Research on Energy-saving Technology of Civil Building Construction under the Background of Urbanization

Abstract： This study focuses on the construction energy-saving technology and its application in civil buildings in the process of urbanization. With the rapid advancement of urbanization， the energy consumption of the construction industry has become increasingly prominent， and the construction stage is the key link of energy conservation. Firstly， this paper expounds the significance of the application of energy-saving technology in civil building construction. Secondly， the main problems of energy-saving technology in civil building construction are analyzed. Finally， the key points of energy-saving technology for civil building construction under the background of urbanization are put forward， so as to provide reference value for civil building construction under the background of urbanization.

隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的快速發(fā)展，民用建筑的數(shù)量和規(guī)模都在急劇增加，與此同時，建筑業(yè)的能耗問題也日益凸顯。而在建筑的全生命周期中，施工階段的節(jié)能措施直接影響著建筑的整體節(jié)能性能。因此，在城鎮(zhèn)化背景下，對民用建筑施工節(jié)能技術(shù)的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和未來的發(fā)展前景。

1 民用建筑施工節(jié)能技術(shù)應(yīng)用的意義

節(jié)能技術(shù)是建筑行業(yè)在施工過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，可以有效提高建筑工程質(zhì)量，保證建筑使用功能。目前，節(jié)能技術(shù)在建筑施工中的應(yīng)用范圍越來越廣泛，對節(jié)約資源、降低能源消耗、保護生態(tài)環(huán)境都有很大幫助。

1.1 有利于節(jié)約能源

隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，人們生活水平得到提高，對居住環(huán)境也有了更高的要求。建筑施工中對能源的消耗非常大，而且目前建筑施工過程中通常都是采用比較傳統(tǒng)的能源消耗方式，該方式已經(jīng)無法滿足人們的居住需求[1]。……
