Study on sensitivity of hydro-generator set shafting parameters based on extended Fourier

Abstract:In order to analyze and predict the change law of the state variables of shafting system of hydro-generator set,the modular modeling method is adopted to establish a nonlinear dynamics model considering external excitation.The value range and distribution law of unit shafting system parameters are selected and the extended Fourier sensitivity analysis method with the advantage of global sensitivity analysis is adopted for sensitivity analysis of unit shafting system parameters,as well as study of sensitivity degree of the impact of individual shafting system parameters and coupling effect between parameters on displacement output response of rotor and rotating neck.The research results have a certain guiding role in ensuring the stable operation of unit shafting system and improving the operating performance.

Multi-head on-cam optimization and load optimization of units in bulb tubular hydropower plants

Abstract:In order to verify whether there is room for optimization of the on-cam relationship of units in bulb tubular hydropower plants,this paper takes Unit 2 of a power plant as the research object and selects three water heads to carry out the relative efficiency test.Under the premise of no obvious sudden change in unit stability,from the perspective of unit efficiency and power maximization,the power plant is near the critical surplus water state to optimize the on-cam relationship by power maximization,and the blade opening is mainly increased.At the high head,since the power plant cannot operate continuously at full load,efficiency optimization is the main focus.At low-load conditions,the relative efficiency is improved synchronously after the blade opening increases.At high-load conditions,the blade opening is reduced to improve the relative efficiency.In addition,the crossed on-cam relationship will not cause logical errors in the calculation of on-cam relationship of governors,providing guidance for further optimization of on-cam relationship of double regulating units of the same type.

Practice and exploration of cancellation of pre-installation of gate operating mechanism in pumped storage power station

Abstract:The gate operating mechanism of the pumped storage power station requires high installation accuracy.The installation,generally divided into pre-installation and formal installation,a long construction period.By summarizing the installation experience of the gate operating mechanism of Unit 1 in Jurong Pumped Storage Power Station in Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes to cancel the pre-installation of the gate operating mechanism and to adopt the method of direct installation,thus ensuring the installation quality,effectively shortening the construction period,saving human resources,material resources,and financial resources,and providing a reference for the management of similar projects.

Design of integrated intelligent sluice control system based on genetic program

Abstract:This paper proposes an integrated intelligent sluice control system based on genetic program to solve the reliability problem caused by one-to-one wiring in traditional sluice control systems.The research covers the hardware design of the system,including communication function and monitoring interface,as well as the software design,especially determining the transfer functions of control objectives by genetic program and the design of loop controllers.The experimental test results show that the control system can significantly reduce the total failure rate of components,improve the accuracy of gate opening control,and enhance the reliability of the system.This finding proves the application value of genetic program technology in the intelligent control system,and provides a new direction for the design and optimization of sluice control system.
