第二次中國－太平洋島國執(zhí)法能力與警務(wù)合作部級對話2023年12月8日在京舉行，國務(wù)委員、公安部部長王小洪與薩摩亞警察部部長法烏阿諾共同主持并作主旨發(fā)言。

王小洪表示，中方愿同各方一道，落實好習(xí)近平主席與各島國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人達成的重要共識，秉持“四個充分尊重”，本著“專業(yè)、高效、友好”和“公開、透明、善意”原則，用好中國－太平洋島國警務(wù)培訓(xùn)中心平臺，加強執(zhí)法安全合作，助力提升島國專業(yè)執(zhí)法、打擊犯罪、指揮行動能力，為深化中國和島國友好合作關(guān)系、構(gòu)建更加緊密的安全命運共同體貢獻更大力量。

法烏阿諾表示，愿同各方共同培育好部級對話機制，開展務(wù)實互利合作。所羅門群島、湯加、基里巴斯、瓦努阿圖、巴布亞新幾內(nèi)亞、庫克群島代表團團長出席并發(fā)言。

本次對話充分肯定首次部級對話以來取得的豐碩成果，舉行了中國－太平洋島國警務(wù)培訓(xùn)中心揭牌儀式，決定將“讓合作更專業(yè)、更高效、更友好，讓島國更安全”確定為部級對話永久主題，并就下步合作形成廣泛共識。

China Vows to Strengthen Law Enforcement， Security Cooperation with Pacific Island Countries

BEIJING， Dec. 8 （Xinhua） -- China is willing to work with all participants to strengthen law enforcement and security cooperation， and help improve the capabilities of the Pacific island countries in professional law enforcement， crime fighting， and operation command， Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong said on December 8， 2023.

Wang made the remarks when delivering a speech at the second Ministerial Dialogue on Police Capacity Building and Cooperation Between China and Pacific Island Countries in Beijing.

The dialogue was co-chaired by Wang and Samoa's Minister for Police， Prisons and Corrections Services Faualo Harry Jeffrey Schuster. Delegations from the Solomon Islands， Tonga， Kiribati， Vanuatu， Papua New Guinea and the Cook Islands attended the dialogue.

Wang noted that China is willing to deepen friendly and cooperative relations with Pacific island countries and jointly build a closer community with a shared future in terms of security in line with the principles of \"professionalism， efficiency and friendship\" and \"openness， transparency and goodwill.\"

Faualo said he is willing to work with all parties to foster a good ministerial dialogue mechanism and carry out practical and mutually beneficial cooperation.

The second ministerial dialogue fully recognized the fruitful results achieved since the first one and reached broad consensus for the future cooperation.

Wang Xiaohong Meets Russian Interior Minister

BEIJING， Dec. 5 （Xinhua） -- Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong met with Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev on December 5， 2023 in Beijing.

Wang said that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state， China-Russia relations have maintained sound and stable development.

Next year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries. China is ready to work with Russia to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state， and strengthen practical cooperation in such areas as combating transnational crimes， cyber security， drug control， and law enforcement capacity building， Wang said.

Kolokoltsev expressed the willingness to deepen bilateral exchanges and cooperation to safeguard the security and stability of the two countries.

國務(wù)委員、公安部部長王小洪2023年11月20日在京會見贊比亞內(nèi)政與國內(nèi)安全部部長姆溫布。

王小洪表示，2023年9月，習(xí)近平主席同希奇萊馬總統(tǒng)共同宣布將中贊關(guān)系提升為全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系，為雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展翻開了新篇章。希望雙方落實好兩國元首重要共識，在共建“一帶一路”安保、打擊跨國犯罪、執(zhí)法能力建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域開展務(wù)實合作，推動兩國關(guān)系朝著更高水平、更廣領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。

姆溫布表示，愿加強團結(jié)協(xié)作，深化執(zhí)法交流，堅定維護好兩國共同利益。
