A Precious Roe Deer Horn Hat

狍角帽是鄂倫春族的文化象征。鄂倫春族秉持著與自然和諧相處的傳統，傳承著獨特的文化習俗。鄂倫春族的生活方式、民間藝術以及豐富的傳統節日，為黑龍江文化增添了豐富的色彩，使黑龍江這片土地更多元而富有魅力。“Can you sing it again?”An Oroqen(鄂倫春) young man said excitedly to a little girl.“There is a big forest in the high Xing’an Mountains; in the forest lives the brave Oroqen...”The little girl’s beautiful song won warm applause.The young man was moved by the little girl’s song.With tears in his eyes, he gave a precious roe deer horn hat to the little girl.

“I will take good care of it, but I’d like to send it to the museum, so that more children can know about Oroqen culture,”the little girl said after receiving the gift.Everyone was moved.Then she sent the hat to China(Harbin) Forest Museum at Northeast Forestry University.

The roe deer horn hat is the cultural symbol of Oroqen.The Oroqen people have deep feelings for the mountains and wild animals.The roe deer horn hat shows national unity(團結) and is the inheritance(繼承) of national culture.

Oroqen is one of ethnic groups living in the northeast of China.The word “Oroqen” has two meanings.One is for people who use reindeer(馴鹿), while the other is for people who live in the mountains.They mainly made a living by hunting in the past.During the long-term hunting life, the hardworking and brave Oroqen people created a rich and colorful spiritual culture, such as music, dance and so on.During the War of Resistance against Japanses Aggression, they took part in the Northeast United Resistance Army.After the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, only over 1,000 people survived.After 1954, they came out of the forest and started farming and industry with the help of the government.They live a happy life now.
