


摘" " 要:隨著造船企業的高速發展,造船企業的技能人員勞動用工方式也向多元化趨勢發展。近幾年來,全球經濟發展持續疲軟,國際形勢復雜多變,同時國內人工成本不斷攀升,加上國家法律法規的不斷完善,以及國企改革進入深水區,造船企業需要通過科學的管理工具,不斷分析、研究適應行業發展趨勢的用工模式。在綜合考慮本工、派遣工和勞務工的特點,結合人員穩定情況、可控度、人工成本等指標,直控勞務工將會逐步成為造船企業技能人員的主要用工模式。

Abstract: With the high-speed development of shipbuilding enterprises, the labor employment modes of skilled workers in shipbuilding enterprises also tend to be diversified. In recent years, the global economic development has been continuously weakened, and the international situation is complex and changeable. Meanwhile, domestic labor costs keep rising, coupled with the continuous improvement of national laws and regulations, and the state-owned enterprise reform has entered a deep-water area. Shipbuilding enterprises need to continuously analyze and study the employment modes adapting to the industry development trend through scientific management tools. Considering comprehensively the characteristics of regular employees, dispatched workers and labor workers, combined with indicators such as personnel stability, controllability and labor cost, the directly- controlled labor workers will gradually become the main employment mode for skilled personnel in shipbuilding enterprises.

隨著造船行業的高速發展,船舶企業技能人員的用工模式不斷向多元化方向發展,不同的用工模式,其人力資源招聘和配置、培訓和開發、績效管理、薪酬激勵、員工關系和人員流動等方面的處理都不同,它貫穿人力資源管理的整個流程,用工模式屬于人力資源管理戰略規劃的重要部分。
近幾年來,全球經濟發展持續疲軟,國際形勢復雜多變,同時國內人工成本不斷攀升,加上國家法律法規的不斷完善,以及國企改革進入深水區,船舶企業需要不斷分析、研究適應行業發展趨勢的用工模式,綜合考慮用工成本和員工激勵等方面的變化趨勢,創新勞動用工管理思路,按照“不為所有,但求所用”的方式,著力于建立穩定可控、相對靈活、戰斗力強的技能隊伍,增強用工的靈活性,支撐公司實現高質量發展的戰略愿景。……
