






摘" " 要:本文結合作者單位研制的30萬噸級油船單點系泊系統的旋轉接頭實際情況,綜合考慮海上單點系泊輸油對旋轉接頭軸承提出的特殊需求,對旋轉接頭軸承承受的環境載荷進行了計算分析,同時開展技術型式論證以及承載能力校核,最終確定了面向復雜海況的輸油旋轉接頭的軸承。

Selection of Oil Transfer Swivel Bearings for Complex Sea Condition

Abstract: In this paper, based on the actual situation of swivel device of single point mooring system for 300,000-ton oil tanker developed by the author’s company, and comprehensively considering the special requirements of offshore single point mooring oil transfer on swivel device bearing, the environmental load borne by swivel device bearings was calculated and analyzed, and the technical type demonstration and bearing capacity verification were carried out. Finally, the bearing type of the oil transfer rotary joint for complex sea conditions was determined.

海上單點系泊輸油系統,是指系泊在系泊點的油船,隨著風、浪和海流的變化而繞著單點自由回轉,從而始終地處于風、浪、流合力最小方向的系泊輸油系統[1]。單點系泊輸油系統的主要技術型式之一是替代固定式油碼頭的原油接卸終端,具有系泊油船噸位大、輸油壓力相對低、輸油流量特別大等特點。旋轉接頭是單點系泊輸油系統中最關鍵的組成部分,是保證單點系泊系統固定部分(一般是海底管線)和轉動部分(一般是大型油船)之間進行流體連續安全輸送的關鍵裝置[2]。旋轉接頭裝置處于露天海況下,在滿足輸油有關強度需求的基礎上,還要考慮由風、浪、流等引起的姿態變化和運動的載荷,此外還應考慮海上鹽霧環境和輸送介質的腐蝕。
旋轉接頭軸承是單點系泊系統旋轉接頭中最重要的部件之一,如圖1所示,由滾動體和帶滾道的內、外滾圈構成,用以連接旋轉接頭的上、下環,承受外部載荷,承擔支承、旋轉、固定、密封、防腐等多種功能于一體[3]。
