

摘" " 要:某船為提高消防水快速供水反應(yīng)能力,采用濕式水消防系統(tǒng)形式。在系統(tǒng)調(diào)試過程中在管路完好無明顯外泄情況下多次出現(xiàn)快速失壓故障現(xiàn)象。本文基于系統(tǒng)工作原理和布置情況,通過實船勘查和試驗,對問題的成因逐一排查和分析,定位了故障點,確定了故障原因,提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,為類似系統(tǒng)故障原因排查提供參考。

Water Fire Fighting System

Abstract: Wet type water fire fighting system is used for a ship to improve the reaction capabilit of quick fire water supply. In the process of the system commissioning, the rapid pressure loss occurs multiple times in the absence of obvious leakage in the pipeline. In this paper, the troubleshooting one by one and analysis are performed by site investigations and tests on the basis of the system working principle and arrangement, which locates the fault points, identifies the fault causes and puts forward the corresponding solutions, and provides reference for troubleshooting similar system failures.

某船水消防系統(tǒng)為濕式系統(tǒng),設(shè)計壓力為0.97MPa,在調(diào)試過程不斷出現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)壓力快速下降的情況,需要頻繁啟動消防泵以維持系統(tǒng)的正常壓力,增加了泵的故障率,影響系統(tǒng)的安全保障性,給全船消防系統(tǒng)可靠性造成了隱患。系統(tǒng)在裝船后進行過密性試驗,其試驗壓力為系統(tǒng)設(shè)計壓力的1.25倍,即1.21MPa,管路無明顯外泄現(xiàn)象,在10分鐘內(nèi),系統(tǒng)的壓降不大于5%,即0.06 MPa。然而在功能調(diào)試時,發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)壓力在10分鐘內(nèi)的壓降達到0.1 MPa。因此在系統(tǒng)調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的異常壓降明顯不正常。通過對系統(tǒng)進行一系列的檢測,分析故障原因、定位故障點,確定了解決方案。

2.1" "水消防系統(tǒng)組成
水消防系統(tǒng)的主要組成包括6臺主消防泵、1套保壓裝置、電氣控制元器件、安全閥、截止閥、止回閥、消防栓、管路附件以及相關(guān)的管路。其中主消防泵包括容量為285 m3/h×0.86 MPa離心泵5臺,和容量為210 m3/h×0.86 MPa離心泵1臺;保壓裝置包括1個2 m3壓力柜、2臺容量為25 m3/h × 0.86 MPa離心泵,以及安全閥、相關(guān)管路和附件;……
