














摘" " 要:本文主要介紹三維造型技術在大型錨臺、錨唇及復雜錨穴放樣中的應用。利用三維空間放樣原理完成理論模型構建,采用特殊的三維投影放樣方法完成錨臺、錨穴與船體外板相貫線放樣,確定錨唇位置,求取錨唇、錨臺及錨鏈筒的相切夾角,構造錨舾裝件曲面,完成錨臺、錨穴及錨唇放樣工作,解決各類型船舶錨臺及錨穴放樣效率低、精度差問題,為現場提供精確的下料、加工及裝配定位數據,簡化現場打樣、調校工作,提高錨臺、錨穴及錨唇安裝效率及精度。

Application of 3D Modeling Technology in Lofting of Anchor Fittings

Abstract: This article mainly introduces the application of 3D modeling technology in the lofting of large anchor chocks, anchor lips and complex anchor pockets. By utilizing the principle of 3D spatial lofting to complete the construction of theoretical models, a special 3D projection lofting method is used to complete the intersection line between the anchor chock, anchor pocket and hull outer plate, determine the position of the anchor lip, calculate the tangent angle between the anchor lip, anchor chock and hawse pipe, construct the surface of the anchor fittings, and complete the lofting work of the anchor chock, anchor pocket and anchor lip. This solves the problem of low efficiency and poor precision in the lofting of various types of ship anchor chocks and anchor pockets, provides accurate material cutting, processing and equipment positioning data on site, simplifies the field sampling and calibration work, and improves the installation efficiency and precision of the anchor chock, anchor pocket and anchor lip.

船舶錨泊設備(裝置)一般采用錨臺或錨穴的設計形式。散貨船、半潛船、工程船、海工產品及公務船等大型船舶為了解決拋錨碰撞外板問題一般采用錨臺設計形式。該類船舶錨臺與錨唇結構尺寸大、重量重,常規的SPD三維建模軟件無法解決該類舾裝件建模精度及準確性問題;采用傳統的二維平面放樣技術,工藝方法復雜、精度差、效率低,為了滿足現場制作及安裝需求,零件放樣后需要加放較多余量及制作樣板、樣箱給現場打樣、調校,現場安裝、調校及打樣難度大,制作及安裝效率低。公務船及特種船舶為了提高船體整潔、美觀性,一般采用箱型錨穴設計形式,航行狀態時將邊錨回收后藏在錨穴中。特裝船舶設計時一般有快速性要求,通常將首部型線設計為深V型,為了保證邊錨收放使用時不碰撞船體外板,一般要將錨穴在外板開口處設計成菱形。……
