








摘" " 要:本文針對國內各船廠在船舶建造中船體外板成型加工后的數字化形面測量尚不成熟、相關軟件如何應用船體設繪規則沒有統一的規范以及影響船體外板成型測量軟硬件設備等數字化造船技術應用推廣的問題,在調研船體設繪相關國家標準、行業規范和船廠實際需求的基礎上,對適合船舶外板形面測量軟件的編號規則、坐標系、型線表示等方面進行了研究,提出了一套適應需求的應用方案,報告了軟件實施的關鍵步驟和結果。相關方案已成功應用于開發的船舶外板成型測量軟件中,并得到了船廠應用單位的肯定。

Abstract: This article addresses the issue that there’s yet no mature approach for digitalized measurement of formed ship hull plates at various domestic shipyards, and no clear consensus about how to apply ship hull drawing rules in plate measurement software, which affects the promotion of digital shipbuilding technologies relating to digital hull plate measuring equipment. Based on the investigation of national standards, industry norms in ship hull design, and shipyard needs, research has been conducted on the numbering rules, coordinate systems, and profile representation suitable for hull plate measurement software. A set of application solutions that meet the requirements has been proposed, and the key steps and results of software implementation have been reported. The relevant solutions have been successfully applied in developed hull plate measurement software and recognized by shipyards in which the software has been tested.

船體外板是基于流體力學、結構力學設計等工程技術設計的三維曲面,一般用一定厚度的鋼板加工而成。外板的成型加工精度決定了整船的設計性能。外板形面測量是檢驗外板加工精度、提高船舶建造水平的重要手段。使用數字化外板形面測量設備開展外板形面測量,具有測量精度高、速度快、可代替或減少樣板或樣箱等突出優點,得到了船舶科研和生產單位的重視和研究應用。在數字化外板形面測量中,如何將船體設計部門設計的外板模型數據庫與實際測量的外板形面匹配并用于現場工人的外板加工作業、質檢人員的加工精度檢查是一個重要的問題。
數字化外板形面測量所使用的坐標系統、編號方式、顯示方式等,既要做到符合船舶設計部門和外板加工部門的相關規范和習慣,也要結合相關的國家標準、船級社技術指南和相關團體標準等。……
