多用途重吊船貨艙內(nèi)部照明研究及設(shè)計(jì)

摘" " 要：針對某多用途重吊船用戶提出的增設(shè)貨艙內(nèi)部照明的要求，在考慮該船貨艙存在多種裝卸工況的前提下，研究貨艙內(nèi)部固定安裝照明燈具需要解決的重點(diǎn)問題和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，創(chuàng)新性地提出在貨艙的內(nèi)艙壁結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入安裝一體式燈箱的方法，并設(shè)計(jì)貨艙內(nèi)部照明燈箱的制造、安裝方案以及照明配電線路。有效提高了貨艙區(qū)域照度均勻度，并方便用戶根據(jù)船舶貨艙裝卸工況便捷投入，控制貨艙內(nèi)部照明。

Research and Design of Interior Lighting in Cargo Hold

of Multi-purpose Heavy Lift Ship

Abstract： In view of the requirements of adding interior lighting in cargo hold raised by the end user of a multi-purpose heavy lift ship， the key problems for solvement and implementation method of fixed lighting installation in the cargo hold are studied under considering the various loading and unloading conditions in the cargo hold. An innovative method of embedding an integrated light box in the inner bulkhead structure of the cargo hold is proposed， and the manufacture， installation scheme， and power distribution line of the integrated light box is designed. It can improve the uniformity of illumination in the cargo lighting area， and facilitate the user into convenient involvement in job and control the interior lighting of the cargo hold according to the loading and unloading conditions in the cargo hold.

貨運(yùn)船舶是以載運(yùn)貨物為主的專用船舶，通常有集裝箱船、油輪、液化氣船、散貨船、滾裝船、雜貨船等船型種類，其中有一類能裝運(yùn)兩類以上干貨的船型稱之為多用途重吊船，該類型船噸位高達(dá)萬噸級，甲板上裝配有多臺重型克令吊，既能裝運(yùn)木材、谷物等散貨或雜貨，又能裝運(yùn)集裝箱或滾裝貨。目前，多用途重吊船在航運(yùn)市場上的保有量較高，有其獨(dú)特且無法取代的優(yōu)勢。多用途重吊船的船型特點(diǎn)之一是上層建筑通常布置在尾部，貨艙布置在船的中部，貨艙開口寬敞并設(shè)置大型自動啟閉水密艙口蓋，貨艙兩側(cè)為船體縱向邊艙，通常是空艙或壓載水艙[1]。受上述結(jié)構(gòu)限制，貨艙頂部的活動艙口蓋無法安裝照明燈具，貨艙內(nèi)艙壁也因?yàn)檩d貨需求應(yīng)盡可能平整無障礙物而無法安裝照明燈具。因此，多用途重吊船貨艙照明的常規(guī)實(shí)現(xiàn)方法是在貨艙外部的克令吊筒體、尾部上層建筑、首部旗桿等高層船體結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)件上安裝投光燈，通過向貨艙內(nèi)部遠(yuǎn)程投射光照來實(shí)現(xiàn)貨艙照明，貨艙內(nèi)部不安裝任何燈具。……
