












摘" " 要:本文以1900TEU集裝箱船為研究對象,根據中國船級社的規范進行全船結構強度有限元計算分析,通過PATRAN軟件建立有限元模型,開展全船屈服強度、屈曲強度和艙口角隅的疲勞分析,計算方法和結論對大開口集裝箱船結構有限元計算和局部加強具有重要借鑒意義。

Abstract: This paper takes the 1900TEU container ship as an example. Based on the CCS rules, the finite element analysis is carried out for the overall structural strength. The finite element model is established by way of PATRAN software to conduct the fatigue analysis for the yield strength, buckling strength and hatch corner. The calculation method and conclusion can provide important reference for finite element calculation of large opening container ship structure and local reinforcement.

隨著航運業的快速發展,集裝箱船因其碼頭裝卸貨效率高、低成本、安全可靠、集裝箱具有標準化、可重復使用等優點,在海洋營運中具有著重要地位。為了追求營運利潤要求裝載量不斷變大,集裝箱船的舷側與外板的設計距離越來越近,造成艙口越來越大,整體船體梁的剛度減小,特別對是抗扭剛度影響很大。規范要求施加的波浪載荷尤其是斜浪載荷,可能會造成艙口附近結構屈曲應力和變形增大,同時容易在艙口圍的角隅產生應力集中,給船體結構帶來嚴重安全隱患[1]。因此,近些年各大船級社和船東都比較重視中小型支線集裝箱船的安全性。綜合以上因素,本文以一艘支線型集裝箱船為研究對象進行全船有限元計算分析,探討集裝箱船結構的應力分布、屈曲特點和疲勞情況,為后續船的結構設計提供重要的依據。
2" " 有限元計算的難點
本文計算的1 900 TEU集裝箱船、無限航區、單機單槳的常規支線集裝箱船,入CCS船級社,主要的參數如表1所示。
2.1" "評估分析關鍵技術
一般支線集裝箱船的尺度滿足規范要求,不需要全船有限元計算,角隅等結構設計按規范計算或規范要求區域加強即可?!?br>
