Jinzhou Barbecue is prepared using fundamental yet skillful cooking methods and local ingredients.Firstly, the juicy meats such as lamb, beef, and chicken are soaked in a delicious mixture of spices and flavorings.Then, they are cooked on a grill over hot coals, which gives them a delicious smoky taste and an attractive grilled texture(質感).The result is tender, flavorful, and irresistible.
