退役養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)土壤污染狀況初步調(diào)查

摘要：傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)采用粗放式飼養(yǎng)管理模式，廢棄物產(chǎn)生量大，未經(jīng)處理而直接排放，退役后地塊依然存在環(huán)境污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。以珠江三角洲某退役養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)為研究區(qū)，依據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)導(dǎo)則對(duì)地塊內(nèi)的土壤污染狀況進(jìn)行初步調(diào)查，布點(diǎn)采集土壤和地下水樣品進(jìn)行檢測(cè)分析。結(jié)果表明，地塊內(nèi)土壤和地下水的各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)指標(biāo)均未超過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩選值，不需要進(jìn)行下一步的土壤污染狀況調(diào)查，地塊內(nèi)的土壤和地下水質(zhì)量可以滿足后續(xù)開發(fā)利用要求。

Preliminary Investigation of Soil Pollution Status in Retired Breeding Farms

Abstract： Traditional breeding farms adopt an extensive feeding management model， which generates a large amount of waste that is directly discharged without treatment， even after retirement， there is still a risk of environmental pollution in the plots. Taking a retired breeding farm in the Pearl River Delta as the study area， the soil pollution status in the plot is preliminarily investigated according to the relevant technical guidelines， and the points are set up to collect soil and groundwater samples for detection and analysis. The results indicate that all detection indicators of soil and groundwater within the plot have not exceeded the risk screening values， and there is no need for further soil pollution investigation， and the quality of soil and groundwater within the plot can meet the requirements of subsequent development and utilization.

近年來，企業(yè)搬遷后遺留污染地塊的環(huán)境管理、修復(fù)及再開發(fā)逐步成為城市建設(shè)的重大議題[1]。隨著《中華人民共和國(guó)土壤污染防治法》的頒布，對(duì)于未來規(guī)劃為敏感用地的地塊，土地用途變更前需要依法完成土壤污染狀況調(diào)查。傳統(tǒng)的粗放式飼養(yǎng)管理模式產(chǎn)生大量廢棄物，直接排放對(duì)環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重污染[2]。以珠江三角洲某退役養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)為研究區(qū)，依據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)導(dǎo)則，對(duì)土壤污染狀況進(jìn)行初步調(diào)查，明確土壤及地下水環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀，為類似地塊的土壤污染狀況調(diào)查與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估提供借鑒。

1 研究區(qū)概況

1956—1980年，調(diào)查地塊是養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)，養(yǎng)殖家禽和生豬，成熟后上交合作社。1980—2000年，地塊內(nèi)依然是養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)，主要養(yǎng)殖家禽和生豬，面向市場(chǎng)出售。2001年10月至2013年10月，由于資產(chǎn)糾紛，土地使用權(quán)被法院查封，地塊未利用。2014年4月，地塊被土地儲(chǔ)備中心收回。……
