裝配式建筑機(jī)電工程施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn)探究

摘" 要：為提高機(jī)電工程施工技術(shù)水平，并研究其在裝配式建筑中的應(yīng)用效果。以裝配式建筑機(jī)電工程施工技術(shù)為研究對(duì)象，結(jié)合實(shí)際施工情況分析裝配式建造模式在機(jī)電工程施工中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與施工難點(diǎn)。通過對(duì)管道預(yù)制安裝、疊合板電氣預(yù)埋盒安裝、套管預(yù)留、可調(diào)式線盒安裝、電纜支吊架預(yù)制安裝、機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝、超大件運(yùn)輸?shù)跹b和機(jī)電系統(tǒng)調(diào)試檢查環(huán)節(jié)的研究，明確裝配式建筑機(jī)電工程中的多項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)。說明通過上述技術(shù)應(yīng)用能夠有效改善裝配式建筑機(jī)電工程質(zhì)量，確保電氣設(shè)備運(yùn)行效果。

Abstract： In order to improve the construction technical level of mechanical and electrical engineering， and study its application effect in prefabricated buildings， this paper takes the electromechanical construction technology of prefabricated buildings as the research object. According to the actual construction situation， the advantages and difficulties of prefabricated construction mode in mechanical and electrical construction are analyzed. Through the research of pipeline prefabrication installation， laminated board electrical embedded box installation， casing reservation， adjustable wire box installation， cable support and hanger prefabrication installation， mechanical and electrical equipment installation， super large parts transportation and hoisting， electromechanical system debugging and inspection links， a number of key construction technologies in the mechanical and electrical engineering of assembled buildings are clarified. It shows that the application of the above technology can effectively improve the mechanical and electrical engineering quality of prefabricated buildings and ensure the operation effect of electrical equipment.

現(xiàn)階段，我國建筑行業(yè)正處于轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，裝配式建造模式逐漸取代了傳統(tǒng)建造模式，這對(duì)施工水準(zhǔn)、施工效率與工程綜合效益的提升有重要影響。然而，裝配式建筑對(duì)機(jī)電施工提出了更高要求，傳統(tǒng)施工技術(shù)體系具有流程繁瑣、作業(yè)難度大的局限性，無法滿足機(jī)電施工需要。在這一背景下，需構(gòu)建起一套適用于裝配式建筑的全新機(jī)電施工技術(shù)體系，從而達(dá)到節(jié)約工期、節(jié)省成本、提高質(zhì)量的目的，并促進(jìn)裝配式建筑工程中機(jī)電安裝工藝的優(yōu)化發(fā)展。
