



摘" 要:為提高機電工程施工技術水平,并研究其在裝配式建筑中的應用效果。以裝配式建筑機電工程施工技術為研究對象,結合實際施工情況分析裝配式建造模式在機電工程施工中的優勢與施工難點。通過對管道預制安裝、疊合板電氣預埋盒安裝、套管預留、可調式線盒安裝、電纜支吊架預制安裝、機電設備安裝、超大件運輸吊裝和機電系統調試檢查環節的研究,明確裝配式建筑機電工程中的多項關鍵施工技術。說明通過上述技術應用能夠有效改善裝配式建筑機電工程質量,確保電氣設備運行效果。

Abstract: In order to improve the construction technical level of mechanical and electrical engineering, and study its application effect in prefabricated buildings, this paper takes the electromechanical construction technology of prefabricated buildings as the research object. According to the actual construction situation, the advantages and difficulties of prefabricated construction mode in mechanical and electrical construction are analyzed. Through the research of pipeline prefabrication installation, laminated board electrical embedded box installation, casing reservation, adjustable wire box installation, cable support and hanger prefabrication installation, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, super large parts transportation and hoisting, electromechanical system debugging and inspection links, a number of key construction technologies in the mechanical and electrical engineering of assembled buildings are clarified. It shows that the application of the above technology can effectively improve the mechanical and electrical engineering quality of prefabricated buildings and ensure the operation effect of electrical equipment.
