






摘" 要:零件經熒光滲透檢測時,表面常呈現各種形態的熒光顯示。這些顯示是由在役使用、加工成型及表面處理等多種因素形成的。為使零件在熒光滲透檢測中結果可靠,該文對在役的零件受力及服役情況進行分析,并對零件的熒光顯示特征總結,淺談熒光滲透檢測技術在零件檢測上的應用,有利于產品熒光滲透檢測技術的提升。在實際檢測中,往往需要操作人員對熒光顯示特征有清晰的認識和辨別的能力,因此操作人員對熒光顯示的判斷與分析在熒光滲透檢測中起著至關重要的作用。

Abstract: Various forms of fluorescent display are often present on the surface of parts during fluorescent penetrant testing. These display are formed by various factors such as in-service use, raw material processing and surface treatment. In order to make the results of alloy parts reliable in fluorescent penetrant testing, this paper analyzes the stress and service conditions of alloy parts in service, and summarizes the fluorescence display characteristics of alloy, as well as the application of fluorescent penetrant testing technology in alloy, there by conductive to the improvement of fluorescent penetrant testing technology for alloy products. In actual testing, operators are often required to have a clear understanding and discrimination of fluorescent display features, therefore, the correct judgment and analysis of the fluorescent display by the operator plays a vital role in the fluorescent penetrant testing.

零件上細小的缺陷可能造成重大事故,因此表面缺陷的檢測尤為重要。滲透檢測是利用毛細現象檢查材料表面缺陷的無損檢測方法,不受被檢測物體組織結構和化學成分限制[1]。滲透檢測對有一定深寬比的缺陷,如對開口細而深的裂紋有很高的檢測靈敏度,不受缺陷方向、位置等局限,且缺陷顯示直觀易判斷,廣泛應用于航空制件的表面檢測,作為金屬表面開口性缺陷最有效的無損檢測方法之一,熒光滲透檢測對確保零件質量具有重要意義。零件熒光滲透探傷具有3個顯著特點:一是缺陷的性質主要為疲勞裂紋;二是被檢表面往往存在一定的腐蝕產物、油污、高溫積碳等,對熒光滲透探傷前的預處理要求較高;三是部分鑄造鋁合金表面存在疏松、夾雜、針孔等原材料缺陷。……
