摘" 要:作為通用的測量工具,游標卡尺以其測量操作簡單、測量結果準確度高等優勢,成為測量物體長度、直徑、深度等屬性測量中應用度較高的工具。從使用的角度看,在經過一段時間的使用后,游標卡尺會因為磨損等情況而出現測量結果不精準的問題,需要通過定期的檢定工作來判斷工具使用的效果。實踐表明,在游標卡尺檢定中對于故障問題應進行有效處理,如果檢定中的故障沒有得到及時消除,就會使檢定效果受到影響,無法保證游標卡尺測量結果的準確性。基于此,該文在介紹游標卡尺的構成及工作原理的基礎上,對影響游標卡尺使用結果的因素進行梳理,并明確游標卡尺檢定的內容和要求,以及對檢定過程中常見的故障與處理措施進行分析研究,為游標卡尺的科學檢定提供相關內容參考。

Abstract: As a universal measuring tool, the Vernier caliper has become a widely used instrument for measuring the length, diameter, depth, and other attributes of objects due to its advantages of simple measurement operations and high accuracy of measurement results. From the perspective of usage, after a period of use, the Vernier caliper may produce inaccurate measurement results due to wear and tear, among other factors. Therefore, regular calibration work is needed to assess the effectiveness of the tool's use. Practice has shown that in the calibration of the Vernier caliper, any problems encountered should be dealt with effectively. Failure to do so will affect the calibration results and the accuracy of the measurement results cannot be guaranteed. Based on this, this paper first introduces the composition and working principle of the Vernier caliper, then sorts out the factors that affect the accuracy of the Vernier caliper's results, and clarifies the content and requirements of the Vernier caliper calibration, as well as analyzing and researching the common faults and handling measures encountered in the calibration process, providing relevant content references for the scientific calibration of the Vernier caliper.
