面向高校的智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

摘" 要：隨著視頻會(huì)議使用的普及，為滿足校內(nèi)外在線研討、遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)議等需求，越來越多的高校開始使用智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)作為會(huì)議工具。該研究基于對(duì)高校應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的深入了解和對(duì)智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)的綜合分析，設(shè)計(jì)一種面向高校的智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)方案。該方案包含多個(gè)模塊，包括云視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)、智能會(huì)議管理平臺(tái)、智能視頻會(huì)議室及沉浸式遠(yuǎn)程視頻會(huì)議室等。其中，云視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)會(huì)議的遠(yuǎn)程交流；智能會(huì)議管理平臺(tái)是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的核心，可實(shí)現(xiàn)會(huì)議預(yù)訂、會(huì)議管理、資源配置等功能；智能視頻會(huì)議室則提供多種不同規(guī)格的會(huì)議室供選擇，以滿足不同規(guī)模的會(huì)議需求；而沉浸式遠(yuǎn)程視頻會(huì)議室則可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參會(huì)者接近于面對(duì)面會(huì)話的清晰體驗(yàn)。

Abstract： With the popularity of video conference， in order to meet the needs of online discussion and remote conference inside and outside the university， more and more colleges and universities begin to use intelligent conference system as a conference tool. Based on the in-depth understanding of the application scenarios of colleges and universities and the comprehensive analysis of the intelligent conference system， this study designs a scheme of intelligent conference system for colleges and universities. The scheme includes several modules， including cloud video conference system， intelligent conference management platform， intelligent video conference room， immersive remote video conference room and so on. Among them， the cloud video conference system can realize the remote communication of the meeting; the intelligent conference management platform is the core of the whole system， which can realize the functions of meeting reservation， meeting management， resource allocation and so on; the intelligent video conference room provides a variety of meeting rooms of different specifications to meet the needs of meetings of different sizes. On the other hand， the immersive remote video conference room can achieve a clear experience of face-to-face conversation between remote participants and on-site participants.

隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用，面對(duì)“后疫情時(shí)期”遠(yuǎn)程音視頻交互的高漲需求，智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)作為一種高效、便捷、智能的會(huì)議工具，已被越來越多的高等院校、教育機(jī)構(gòu)和企事業(yè)單位所采用。智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)具有音視頻通信、數(shù)據(jù)共享、遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)同等功能，可以有效提高會(huì)議效率和決策質(zhì)量，成為各類會(huì)議的重要工具之一。尤其對(duì)于高校而言，智能會(huì)議系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用更為必要，便于教學(xué)、科研、管理等方面的會(huì)議交流，提高日常辦公效率、提升管理效能、輔助教育教學(xué)和共享教育資源[1]?！?br>
