
















摘" 要:為解決因腦卒中、偏癱等疾病引起的下肢運(yùn)動功能障礙,設(shè)計并研發(fā)一款具有下肢外骨骼機(jī)構(gòu)、動態(tài)減重機(jī)構(gòu)、跑臺于一體的跑臺式下肢外骨骼康復(fù)機(jī)器人,輔助下肢運(yùn)動功能障礙患者進(jìn)行步態(tài)訓(xùn)練,恢復(fù)運(yùn)動功能。基于有限元(Abaqus)的方法分析人體步態(tài)極限位置外骨骼機(jī)構(gòu)的受力情況,并進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析,觀察其不同狀態(tài)下所受的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變情況,根據(jù)所選材料和結(jié)構(gòu)分析其結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,外骨骼機(jī)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和剛度滿足設(shè)計的安全性和合理性。

Abstract: In order to solve the lower limb motor dysfunction caused by stroke, hemiplegia and other diseases, the design and development of a lower limb exoskeleton with a lower limb exoskeleton mechanism, dynamic weight reduction mechanism, running platform in one of the running table lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robot, to assist patients with lower limb motor dysfunction for gait training, recovery of motor function. Based on the finite element method (Abaqus), the stress of the human gait limit position exoskeleton mechanism was analyzed, and the statics analysis was carried out to observe the stress and strain under different states, and the results were analyzed according to the selected materials and structures. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the exoskeleton mechanism satisfy the safety and rationality of the design.

隨著人工智能、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,下肢外骨骼康復(fù)機(jī)器人在傳感器、控制算法、機(jī)械設(shè)計等方面技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,使得機(jī)器人能夠更加準(zhǔn)確地感知用戶的運(yùn)動意圖和身體狀況,并能夠根據(jù)用戶的需求進(jìn)行個性化康復(fù)訓(xùn)練。下肢外骨骼康復(fù)機(jī)器人不僅應(yīng)用于肢體功能障礙康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,還被廣泛用于老年人運(yùn)動康復(fù)、運(yùn)動員訓(xùn)練、軍事助行等方面。國內(nèi)外的醫(yī)療機(jī)器人企業(yè)在下肢外骨骼康復(fù)機(jī)器人領(lǐng)域投入了大量的研發(fā)資金和技術(shù)力量,推出了多款新產(chǎn)品,如國產(chǎn)的“足底壓力云圖機(jī)器人”“Flexbot[1]”“AiLegs[2]”等,以及國外的“ReWalk[3]”“HAL[4]”“LOPES”等,這些產(chǎn)品在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、控制算法、人機(jī)交互等方面都有不同程度的創(chuàng)新和優(yōu)勢。
本文所設(shè)計的跑臺式下肢外骨骼康復(fù)機(jī)器人主要是針對下肢肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)受損或功能障礙的患者,例如中風(fēng)、脊髓損傷、腦損傷和多發(fā)性硬化等疾病所引起的下肢肌肉萎縮、運(yùn)動障礙、肌肉功能失調(diào)等問題。……
