










摘" 要:為實現軌道車輛牽引傳動系統的小型化和輕量化,同時降低車輛高速運行時傳統變流器開關頻率過低導致的電機電流畸變,提出一種基于碳化硅(SiC)的電力電子變壓器——正弦波牽引逆變器一體化變流器系統。分別給出基于SiC器件的系統實現方案、高頻大功率高絕緣耐壓磁隔離設計方案,并通過仿真分析該系統的輸入輸出特性。結果表明,該系統在額定功率3.25 MVA運行時,輸入電流總諧波畸變率(THD)低于1%,功率因數大于0.99,輸出電壓總諧波畸變率(THD)低于3.50%;系統效率大于97.5%,相比傳統牽引傳動系統效率提高3%~5%。

Abstract: In order to realize the miniaturization and lightweight of the traction drive system of rail vehicles, and to reduce the motor current distortion caused by the low switching frequency of the traditional converter when the vehicle is running at high speed, an integrated converter system of power electronic transformer and sine wave traction inverter based on silicon carbide (SiC) is proposed. The realization scheme of the system based on SiC device and the design scheme of high frequency, high power and high insulation voltage magnetic isolation are given respectively, and the input and output characteristics of the system are analyzed by simulation. The results show that when the rated power is 3.25 MVA, the total harmonic distortion (THD) of the input current is less than 1%, the power factor is more than 0.99, the output voltage THD is less than 3.50%, and the system efficiency is more than 97.5%, which is 3% ~ 5% higher than that of the traditional traction drive system.

牽引傳動技術是鐵路機車車輛核心技術之一,雖然我國眾多主機廠在牽引傳動系統設計時采用不同的技術路線,但基本都由工頻牽引變壓器和牽引變流器組成。由于工頻牽引變壓器工作頻率較低,其體積和重量較大[1]。高速列車運行功率越來越高,更高容量的工頻變壓器在整車重量占比更加突出,限制整車輕量化需求。受限于硅(Si)器件的技術特點,傳統牽引變流器在輕量化及節能性能上提升空間不大。鐵路機車車輛急需采用新技術促進牽引傳動技術的發展,實現牽引系統的輕量化和小型化。
