重慶市與納沃伊州簽署建立友好合作關(guān)系備忘錄

Chongqing and Navoiy Region Signing a Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly Cooperation

On August 9， Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal Government， met with Qobul Beknazarovich Tursunov， Governor of Navoiy Region， Uzbekistan， and his delegation. A Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly Cooperation was signed between Chongqing and Navoiy Region.

Farhod Arziev， Ambassador of Uzbekistan to China， and Vice Mayor Zhang Guozhi attended the meeting.

Hu Henghua mentioned that during the meeting with President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev in May this year， President Xi Jinping noted that China stands ready to work with Uzbekistan in deepening cooperation on all fronts to build a China-Uzbekistan community with a shared future. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly Cooperation between Chongqing and Navoiy Region is a practical move in implementing the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries and serves to strengthen sub-national cooperation between the two sides. Currently， Chongqing is fully implementing the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress， moving faster to deliver on national strategies of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region and New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor， and striving to take the lead in the Belt and Road cooperation. We stand ready to further strengthen economic， trade， cultural， and people-to-people exchanges with Navoiy Region and expand bilateral cooperation in various fields including machinery manufacturing， automobile and motorcycle， logistics， digital economy， education， culture， and tourism.

Qobul Beknazarovich Tursunov noted that Navoiy Region is one of the largest industrial centers in Uzbekistan. He hopes the signing of the MoU will deepen friendly exchanges between Uzbekistan and Chongqing at various levels， and strengthen cooperation in areas such as industrial parks， mineral resources， new energy， agriculture， and architecture. He welcomes more companies from Chongqing to invest in Navoiy Region.

8月9日，市委副書(shū)記、市長(zhǎng)胡衡華會(huì)見(jiàn)了烏茲別克斯坦納沃伊州州長(zhǎng)圖爾松諾夫一行，并共同簽署重慶市與納沃伊州建立友好合作關(guān)系備忘錄。

烏茲別克斯坦駐華大使阿爾濟(jì)耶夫，副市長(zhǎng)張國(guó)智參加。

胡衡華說(shuō)，今年5月，習(xí)近平主席同米爾濟(jì)約耶夫總統(tǒng)會(huì)談時(shí)指出，中方愿同烏方一道，深化全方位合作，構(gòu)建中烏命運(yùn)共同體。重慶市與納沃伊州簽署建立友好合作關(guān)系備忘錄，這是落實(shí)兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人重要共識(shí)的務(wù)實(shí)行動(dòng)，是深化兩國(guó)地方合作的有力舉措。當(dāng)前，重慶正深入貫徹中共二十大精神，加快推進(jìn)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)、陸海新通道建設(shè)等國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施，努力在推進(jìn)共建“一帶一路”中發(fā)揮帶動(dòng)作用。我們?cè)高M(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與納沃伊州的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)和人文交流，拓展雙方在機(jī)械制造、汽摩、物流、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育、文化、旅游等領(lǐng)域合作空間。

圖爾松諾夫說(shuō)，納沃伊州是烏茲別克斯坦最大的工業(yè)中心之一。希望以此次簽署備忘錄為契機(jī)，進(jìn)一步深化與重慶的各層級(jí)友好交流，加強(qiáng)工業(yè)園區(qū)、礦產(chǎn)、新能源、農(nóng)業(yè)、建筑等領(lǐng)域合作，歡迎更多重慶企業(yè)到納沃伊州投資興業(yè)。
