中國警隊應(yīng)邀赴克羅地亞開展警務(wù)聯(lián)合巡邏

7月14日，中克警務(wù)聯(lián)合巡邏中國警隊出征儀式在上海舉行，公安部國際合作局、上海市公安局有關(guān)負責人及來自上海、天津、湖北、江西、河南的8名聯(lián)巡隊員參加。

日前，克羅地亞警察總局向中、美、韓、德、法等20余國執(zhí)法部門發(fā)出赴克參加2023年度“旅游安全目的地”項目暨警務(wù)聯(lián)合巡邏活動邀請。考慮到疫情后中國公民出境游人數(shù)大幅上升，克羅地亞是熱門旅游目的地之一，公安部決定積極參與。此系第4次中克警務(wù)聯(lián)巡，8名警員于7月15日赴克，與克方警員混編組隊，在薩格勒布、杜布羅夫尼克、扎達爾、普利特維采湖國家公園等地開展為期一個月的聯(lián)巡，便利旅克中國公民、華僑華人與克警方溝通，協(xié)助當?shù)鼐脚c中資機構(gòu)建立溝通渠道，協(xié)調(diào)解決安全訴求，共同促進旅游安全。

公安部國際合作局有關(guān)負責人表示，中外警務(wù)聯(lián)巡是公安機關(guān)堅持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想、展示“合作、創(chuàng)新、法治、共贏”執(zhí)法合作理念的務(wù)實舉措。此前，中方還先后與意大利、塞爾維亞等國成功舉行多次聯(lián)巡，有關(guān)國家也應(yīng)邀派警員來華開展聯(lián)巡，獲得中外游客好評。

Chinese Police Joins Croatian Joint Police Patrol?upon Invitation

On July 14， the Marching Ceremony for Chinese Police Officers Joining China-Croatia Joint Police Patrol was held in Shanghai. Among the attendees were the relevant principals of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Public Security of P.R. China and Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau， as well as eight joint patrol officers from Shanghai， Tianjin， Hubei， Jiangxi and Henan.

To date， Croatia Police Department has invited law enforcement authorities of over 20 countries including China， the U.S.， Korea， Germany and France to attend the Safe Tourist Destinations 2023 and Joint Police Patrol Campaign. The Ministry of Public Security decided to proactively join the joint police patrol considering that a sharply increasing number of Chinese citizens choose to travel abroad after the COVID-19 pandemic， while Croatia is one of the top tourist destinations. This is the fourth joint police patrol between China and Croatia. Eight Chinese police officers departed to Croatia on July 15 and joined their Croatian counterparts to conduct one-month joint patrol in Zagreb， Dubrovnik， Zadar， Plitvice Lake National Park， etc. The joint police patrol is aimed at facilitating the communication between Chinese citizens， overseas Chinese and Croatian police， assisting local police in forming a communication channel with Chinese institutions， coordinating to satisfy the security demands， and co-promoting the tourism safety.

The joint police patrol between Chinese and foreign police forces is a pragmatic initiative launched by public security organs in line with the people-centered development concept and law enforcement philosophy of “Cooperation， Innovation， Rule of Law， and Win-win Results，” said a principal of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Public Security. China has successfully joined multiple police patrols in Italy， Serbia and other countries， and police officers from other countries also joined joint police patrols in China upon invitation， winning great praise from Chinese and foreign tourists.
