畬醫針刺治療氣滯血瘀型經期偏頭痛48例療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察畬醫針刺治療氣滯血瘀型經期偏頭痛的臨床療效。 方法 將符合條件的96例氣滯血瘀型經期偏頭痛患者隨機分成兩組，每組48例，對照組采用睡前口服鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊10 mg，每次月經來臨前5 d開始服藥，連續服用10 d，共治療4個月經周期。治療組采用畬醫針刺治療，每次月經來臨前5 d開始治療，1次/d，10次為1個療程。共治療4個月經周期。觀察頭痛積分，評價療效。 結果 經過4個月經周期治療后，兩組頭痛積分與治療前比較，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05），且治療后治療組患者頭痛積分明顯低于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。對照組痊愈18例，顯效10例，有效7例，無效13例，總有效率72.9%;治療組痊愈27例，顯效11例，有效4例，無效6例，總有效率87.5%。兩組總有效率比較，有顯著性差異（P<0.05）。 結論 畬醫針刺治療氣滯血瘀型經期偏頭痛療效較口服鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊明顯，且無副作用，操作簡單，患者痛苦小，是行之有效的民族特色療法之一。

Clinical observation on 48 cases of menstrual migraine with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated by She medicine acupuncture

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of She medicine acupuncture on the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type migraine. Methods A total of 96 cases of menstrual migraine with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups， with 48 cases in each group. The control group received 10 mg of flunarizine hydrochloride before bedtime， and the drug was taken 5 days before the onset of menstruation for 10 consecutive days， with the total treatment for 4 menstrual cycles. The treatment group was treated with She medicine acupuncture treatment. The treatment was started 5 days before the onset of menstruation， once a day， 10 times for a course of treatment. A total of 4 menstrual cycles were treated. The headache score was observed and the effect was evaluated. Results After 4 menstrual cycles of treatment， the headache scores of two group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）， and the headache scores of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. the control group was cured in 18 cases， markedly effective in 10 cases， effective in 7 cases， ineffective in 13 cases， with a total effective rate of 72.9%. In the treatment group， 27 cases were cured， 11 cases were markedly effective， 4 cases were effective， and 6 cases were ineffective， with the total effective rate of 87.5%. There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion She medicine acupuncture in the treatment of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type migraine is more effective than oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule， and it has no side effects， with simple operation and little pain. It is one of the effective national characteristics therapies.
