雷公藤多苷藥理毒理作用研究進展

【摘要】雷公藤多苷（TWP）是一種有效的抗炎免疫脂溶性混合物，廣泛用于腎病、關節疾病的臨床治療，治療效果好，但存在藥物不良反應問題，如何科學有效地使用該藥物成為臨床應用面臨的主要問題。本研究通過綜合分析相關研究文獻，探討TWP藥理毒理作用進展，以期為臨床藥物使用提供參考信息。

Abstract： Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside （TWP） is an effective anti-inflammatory immune fat soluble mixture， which is widely used in the clinical treatment of kidney disease and joint disease. The treatment effect is good， but there are Adverse drug reaction. How to use the drug scientifically and effectively has become a major problem in clinical application. This study aims to comprehensively analyze relevant research literature and explore the progress in the pharmacological and toxicological effects of TWP， in order to provide reference information for clinical drug use.

雷公藤多苷提取自雷公藤，雷公藤是木質藤本植物，在中藥應用中被認為具有清熱解毒、活血化瘀的作用，該藥物最早見于《神農本草經》，書中記載其具有治療膨脹、痞積、水腫及魚口便毒、瘧疾久不愈等效用。隨著我國醫學科技水平不斷提高，現代藥理學成為研究和推廣中醫的重要手段，利用現代藥理學分析雷公藤多苷治療作用的主要因素，雷公藤多苷是從雷公藤植物中提取的總苷，具有抗炎、免疫調節、抗腫瘤作用，在多種疾病中均有應用。近年來，隨著對雷公藤多苷研究的不斷深入，對其藥理作用與毒理作用的認識也越來越多。本研究從雷公藤多苷的藥理和毒理兩方面入手，對當前研究進展進行簡述，內容如下。

1藥理作用

1.1抗炎作用

雷公藤多苷、雷公藤紅素以及單體雷公藤內酯醇均具有抗炎作用，張艷艷[1]研究指出，雷公藤多苷對膠原誘導性關節炎的治療作用體現在調節CAP通路的活性，通過調控CAP通路中關鍵受體α7nAChR以及CAP調控的NF-κB與JAK2/ STAT3的影響，來達到關節炎抗炎作用。……
