摘 要:為提升工程建筑中碳纖維增強混凝土的力學(xué)性能,在水泥基復(fù)合材料中摻入了不同長度和不同摻量的碳纖維和涂層改性碳纖維,研究碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維長度和摻量對纖維增強水泥基復(fù)合材料抗折強度和抗壓強度的影響。結(jié)果表明:在不同碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維長度下,隨著碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維摻量逐漸增加,碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維增強水泥基復(fù)合材料的抗折強度整體呈現(xiàn)逐漸增大的特征;在相同碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維摻量下,碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維長度越大則對應(yīng)碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維增強水泥基復(fù)合材料的抗折強度越高;在不同碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維長度下,碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維增強水泥基復(fù)合材料的抗壓強度隨著碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維摻量逐漸增加先增后減;在碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維摻量為0.6%時取得抗壓強度最大值。適宜的碳纖維/涂層改性碳纖維摻量為0.6%。

Study on performance improvement of carbon fiber reinforced concrete with coating modified carbon fiber

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete in engineering construction,different lengths and dosages of carbon fiber and coating modified carbon fiber were added to cement-based composite materials.The effects of the length and dosages of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber on the flexural and compressive strength of fiber-reinforced cement-based composite materials were studied.The results indicate that under different lengths of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers,as the content of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers gradually increases,the overall flexural strength of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers reinforced cement-based composites shows a gradually increasing feature.At the same content of carbon fibers/coating modified carbon fibers,the longer the length of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber,the higher the flexural strength of the carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber reinforced cement-based composite material.Under different lengths of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber,as the content of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber gradually increases,the overall compressive strength of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber reinforced cement-based composites first increases and then decreases.The maximum compressive strength is achieved when the content of carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber is 0.6%.The appropriate carbon fiber/coating modified carbon fiber content is 0.6%.
