摘 ? ?要:麗珠玫瑰葡萄是由紫豐葡萄為母本、紐約玫瑰葡萄為父本,通過人工雜交選育出的早熟葡萄新品種。果穗圓錐形帶副穗,果粒整齊一致、著生緊密,果皮紫黑色,果面光滑,無蠟質,果肉肉質疏松,酸甜適口,汁液多,味道酸甜、具較濃的草莓香味,平均穗質量230 g,最大穗質量350 g。果粒近圓形,縱徑1.71 cm,橫徑1.67 cm,單粒平均質量3.3 g,最大單粒質量4 g,每果實含種子粒數4粒左右,中等大小。出汁率為71.9%,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)16.59%,總酸含量0.47%,維生素C含量3.29 mg·100 g-1;果實生育期126 d。在遼寧省盤錦地區8月上旬成熟,適合盤錦及近似環境地區露地以及溫室栽植。

A new table variety Lizhu Rose

Abstract: Lizhu Rose is a new grape variety with high quality, which was bred from cross between Zifeng (♀) and New York Rose (♂). More than 300 hybrid seeds were obtained by artificial cross pollination in 2007. They were planted in nutrition cups in the second year and the transplanted in the grape plot of Liaoning Institute of Saline-alkali Land Utilization. Regional trials were carried out in Yingkou, Dalian and other sites. The botanical characters, adaptability, disease resistance and yield were investigated and evaluated. It was certified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People 's Republic of China in 2022. The registration code is GPD grape (2022) 210014. Lizhu Rose belongs to hybrid of Vitis vinifera and V. labrusca. The tree vigor is very strong. Young leaves are yellow green and have medium-density white fluff. The mature leaves are nearly pentagonal in shape, with five-lobed. The leaf upper surface is flat, smooth and hairless, while the lower surfaces is covered by mediumly dense white fluff. The upper lobe is deep, while the lower lobes are shallow. The petiole depression is narrow and arched; the leaf margin is crenate with blunt teeth which are convex on both sides; and the coloration due to anthocyanin in the veins is weak. The mature shoots are dark brown. Flowers are bisexual. The average cluster weight is 230 g and can reach up to 350 g. The color of berry is purple black and the shape is long elliptic. The average berry weight is 3.3 g and may reach up to 4 g. The flesh is crisp and sweet, with a strong strawberry aroma and palatably sweet and sour flavor. The contents of soluble solids, total acid, and vitamin c was 16.59%, 0.47%, 3.29 mg·100 g-1, respectively. In the Panjing area of Liaoning province, the beginning of bud-burst occurs in Early-April. Flowering takes place in mid-to-late May; berry coloration starts in early and late-July, and berry fully matures at early August. It takes about 126 d from budbreak to harvest. Therefore, it is an early maturing variety. The bud break rate is 62.5%; the average fruiting shoot rate is 72.7%. The average number of fruit branches is 1.6. Juice recovery was about 71.9%. Plants are easy to cultivate because of the strong adaptability and resistance to diseases. It is suitable for cultivation in Panjin and similar areas.

鮮食葡萄生產是我國葡萄產業的主體[1],通過我國葡萄育種者不斷地努力,選育出一大批優質葡萄新品種,促進了我國葡萄產業的穩步健康發展[2-4]。而具有香味、食用方便、口感較好的葡萄,是現在消費市場發展的趨勢,也是我國鮮食葡萄新品種選育的主要發展方向。為了豐富具有香味、果實品質較好的葡萄種類,滿足消費者多元化的選擇需求,遼寧省鹽堿地研究所經過多年的工作,選育出鮮食葡萄新品種麗珠玫瑰(圖1)。
1 選育過程
麗珠玫瑰為遼寧省鹽堿地利用研究所自育的鮮食葡萄新品種,于2007年開始雜交,父本為紐約玫瑰,母本為紫豐。采收雜交種子300余粒,經過冬季低溫沙藏后,于第2年春季,對雜交種子進行催芽,分別種植在營養缽中,在實生苗長出3枚左右葉片時,定植于遼寧省鹽堿地利用研究所試驗基地葡萄試驗地中。2010年開始結果,果實為紫黑色,具較濃的草莓香味,通過對其各種性狀的觀察,表現為綜合性狀優良。在營口市、大連市等地區進行區域試驗。通過觀察、記錄、調查、評估,各種性狀穩定,得出結果為麗珠玫瑰表現優良,產量性狀較好,抗病性較強,果實品質優。2022年9月通過農業農村部非主要農作物品種登記[登記號:GPD葡萄(2022)210014]。
2 主要性狀
2.1 植物學特征
麗珠玫瑰,屬于歐美雜交種,該品種生長勢較強,嫩梢顏色為綠色,幼葉正面黃綠色,具有中等密度匍匐白色茸毛。成齡葉近五角形,綠色,極小,5裂,中等厚,葉面較為平展,上表面光滑無毛,下表面有中等密度匍匐白色茸毛,上裂刻深,下裂刻淺,葉柄洼為窄拱形,葉緣鋸齒較鈍,鋸齒形狀為兩側凸,葉脈花青素著色程度較弱。成熟枝條深褐色,花為兩性花。
2.2 果實經濟性狀
麗珠玫瑰果穗圓錐形帶副穗,平均穗質量230 g,最大穗質量350 g。果粒近圓形,果粒著生緊密,整齊均勻,縱徑1.71 cm,橫徑1.67 cm,平均單粒質量3.31 g,最大單粒質量4.0 g。果皮紫色,有果粉。果肉軟,具較濃的草莓香味,酸甜適口,可溶性固形物含量為16.59%,可滴定酸含量為0.47%,維生素C含量為3.29 mg·100 g-1。每果粒含種子4粒左右,中等大小。
與親本及對照品種果實性狀鑒評比較見表1。麗珠玫瑰與父母本品種有明顯差異,新梢父母本均為綠色、麗珠玫瑰為綠帶紅條紋。漿果始熟期父母本均為中熟、麗珠玫瑰為早熟。果實香味父本為草莓香、母本無香味、麗珠玫瑰為草莓香。含糖量分別比父母本高3.7和0.5個百分點,麗珠玫瑰果實外觀和內在品質均優于親本。
2.3 生物學特性
2.3.1 生長結果習性 麗珠玫瑰葡萄植株生長勢較強,枝條上的萌芽率為76%,結果枝率73%,果枝平均果穗數1.6個。果汁占果穗質量約為71.9%。葡萄幼苗在定植第2年少量結果,第3年開始正常結果。2016年每666.7 m2產量約2 428.8 kg,2017年每666.7 m2產量約2376 kg,產量相對穩定。略高于親本紐約玫瑰葡萄產量。
2.3.2 物候期 在遼寧省盤錦市露地栽培,麗珠玫瑰葡萄萌芽于4月上旬,始花于5月中下旬,果實膨大于6月上旬,果實開始著色于7月下旬,漿果成熟于8月上旬,果實發育期126 d左右。適合在盤錦市及近似栽培區露地以及溫室栽植。
2.3.3 適應性以及抗病性 麗珠玫瑰葡萄屬于歐亞雜交種,該葡萄具有較強的抗病性,對霜霉病具有較高抵抗力。抗鹽堿性強,在土壤含鹽量0.13%,pH為8.16的鹽堿地生長良好。抗寒能力強,在盤錦市可簡易防寒過冬。
3 栽培技術要點
3.1 栽培密度與定植
麗珠玫瑰葡萄栽培采用單籬架栽植模式,以南北行向種植為宜,主蔓直立整形,株行距為0.5 m×1.5 m。平均密度每666.7 m2約為890株,每年4月中旬左右,當地面下20 cm深土壤的最低溫度達到10 ℃時開始定植。定植溝的深度為60~80 cm,定植溝溝底寬度為20 cm。
3.2 肥水管理
一般在果實采收后秋季施基肥,最佳時間為9—10月。以腐熟有機肥為主,牛糞羊糞均可,同時加入適量過磷酸鈣和微生物肥混合施用。采用溝施肥的方式施基肥,挖施肥溝的位置,位于距主干30~40 cm,施肥溝溝深30 cm左右,寬30 cm左右。肥施用量:每666.7 m2需施入優質腐熟有機肥8~10 t。
3.3 整形修剪
選擇健壯的新梢作主蔓,為避免冬芽萌發,副梢留1枚葉片,反復摘心。秋季落葉后剪留高度為1 m左右。萌芽后抹去弱芽、不定芽和過密芽,基部30 cm以下的芽全部抹掉,植株高不超過1.5 m,營養枝生長至9~10枚葉片時摘心,留頂端1個副梢,每個副梢留2枚葉片反復摘心,其余副梢全部抹除。
3.4 病蟲害防治
麗珠玫瑰葡萄抗病性相對較強,對葡萄常見的霜霉病和白粉病具有較強的抗性,在萌芽期需進行蟲害的防治,藥劑需要交替使用,在果實采收前期停止使用藥物。對果實進行套袋處理,保持優良的果園環境,能夠降低病蟲害的發生。
