@重慶@世界 26個(gè)國家和地區(qū)駐華使節(jié)來渝訪問

From March 20 to 22， 2023， the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a visit to Chongqing for diplomatic envoys in China. The delegation consists of 13 ambassadors， two chargés daffaires ad interim， seven ministers， and four counsellors posted in China from 26 countries and regions， such as Albania， Luxembourg， Mauritania， Mali， Slovenia， Guinea-Bissau， Algeria， Yemen， Lesotho， Sudan， Botswana， Guinea， and Malta. It is the first visit outside Beijing for the diplomatic envoys organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the 20th CPC National Congress and the Two Sessions. It is the largest diplomatic delegation Chongqing has received in recent years， with the greatest number of countries and regions represented. Wu Hongbo， Special Representative of the Chinese Government on European Affairs， accompanied them during the visit. Yuan Jiajun， Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee， and Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Chongqing， met with the delegation of diplomatic envoys and expressed a warm welcome to the diplomatic envoys for their visit to Chongqing. Li Mingqing， Deputy Secretary of CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee， and other city leaders， including Luo Lin and Zhang Guozhi， attended the related activities. Wang Wen， Director-General of Chongqing Foreign Affairs Office， and her deputies， Zhou Yi， Li Mingquan， and Feng Ziming， leaders from the Yuzhong District， Shapingba District， and Liangjiang New Area Administration， received the delegation.

During the visit， diplomatic envoys focused on the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region and the International Land-sea Trade Corridor（ILSTC）. They saw Chongqings efforts to promote the connectivity of various channels and the integrated development of the Corridor and economy. They visited the Hongyan Revolution Memorial Hall， getting a further understanding of the CPC Southern Bureau， which built bridges with the international community and opened up new horizons in Chinas foreign relations through arduous efforts despite the most difficult revolutionary years. They also visited the Exhibition Center of the Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park in Inland China and the container terminal station， witnessed the departure ceremony of China-Europe Railway Express （Chengdu and Chongqing）， and learned about the development of Chongqing as a logistics hub city with national-level air， land， and water ports. They visited the Chongqing Planning Exhibition Gallery， getting to know Chongqings development， achievements， and future planning. They also went to Guangyang Island， gaining a deeper understanding of Chongqings efforts in ecological protection and green development and enjoying the fruits yielded from ecological protection during spring. Besides， they visited Chongqing Haifu Medical Technology Co. Ltd.， the smart factory of SERES in Liangjiang New Area， and Lijia Smart Park， experiencing Chongqings vitality in sci-tech innovation， intelligent manufacturing， and smart life and seeing the rapid development of the sci-tech powered digital economy. Diplomatic envoys also experienced the intangible cultural heritages at Huguang Guild Hall. They went on the Yangtze-Jialing Rivers cruise tour at night， experiencing the wonderful combination of traditional and modern Chongqing in the New Era.

The news media paid extensive attention to the visit， with Xinhua News Agency， CCTV， and many municipal media following the whole process. This activity is also one of the “@Chongqing @The World” signature foreign affairs activities planned by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government.

3月20日至22日，外交部組織阿爾巴尼亞、盧森堡、毛里塔尼亞、馬里、斯洛文尼亞、幾內(nèi)亞比紹、阿爾及利亞、也門、萊索托、蘇丹、博茨瓦納、幾內(nèi)亞、馬耳他等26個(gè)國家和地區(qū)駐華使節(jié)訪問重慶，其中駐華大使13位、臨時(shí)代辦2位、公使7位、參贊4位。此訪是黨的二十大和全國兩會后外交部組織的首批駐華使節(jié)赴地方參訪，是近年來重慶接待的規(guī)模最大、涉及國家和地區(qū)最多的使節(jié)團(tuán)。中國政府歐洲事務(wù)特別代表吳紅波全程陪同。重慶市委書記袁家軍，市委副書記、市長胡衡華會見使節(jié)團(tuán)，市委副書記李明清，市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)羅藺、張國智出席相關(guān)活動。市政府外辦主任王雯，副主任周毅、李明全、馮子敏，以及渝中區(qū)、沙坪壩區(qū)、兩江新區(qū)管委會相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等參與接待。

參訪期間，使節(jié)們重點(diǎn)考察成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈和西部陸海新通道建設(shè)情況，感受重慶推進(jìn)各類通道互聯(lián)互通，促進(jìn)通道與經(jīng)濟(jì)融合發(fā)展一體驅(qū)動所作出的努力；前往紅巖革命紀(jì)念館，深入了解中國共產(chǎn)黨南方局在革命年代的惡劣險(xiǎn)境中，通過艱苦卓絕的斗爭努力搭建與國際社會聯(lián)系的橋梁，開拓對外交往新局面；考察內(nèi)陸國際物流樞紐展示中心和集裝箱中心站，見證中歐班列（成渝）發(fā)車儀式，實(shí)地了解重慶建設(shè)港口型、陸港型和空港型“水陸空三型”國家物流樞紐城市情況；考察重慶市規(guī)劃展覽館，感受新重慶發(fā)展成就，了解未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃；參觀廣陽島，了解生態(tài)保護(hù)和綠色發(fā)展，在春耕中感受自然生態(tài)保護(hù)成果；訪問重慶海扶醫(yī)療科技股份有限公司、賽力斯兩江智慧工廠、禮嘉智慧公園，現(xiàn)場體驗(yàn)重慶在科技創(chuàng)新、智能制造、智慧生活等方面的創(chuàng)新活力，了解科技創(chuàng)新數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。使節(jié)們還在湖廣會館體驗(yàn)非遺文化、乘船夜游兩江，感受新時(shí)代重慶歷史與現(xiàn)代的精彩融合。

感受共產(chǎn)黨人的初心使命

參訪紅巖革命紀(jì)念館時(shí)，阿爾及利亞駐華大使哈桑·拉貝希對中國共產(chǎn)黨取得的成功表示祝賀。也門駐華大使穆罕默德·梅塔米說，中國取得了翻天覆地的變化，得益于中國共產(chǎn)黨的遠(yuǎn)見和強(qiáng)有力的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，希望中國不斷取得新的發(fā)展?！爸貞c充滿故事、充滿歷史、充滿情懷。”萊索托駐華大使肯尼思·拉巴萊對重慶未來滿懷期待。

隨著一陣響亮的鳴笛聲，在使節(jié)們的見證下，使節(jié)代表團(tuán)重慶行—中歐班列（成渝）列車從團(tuán)結(jié)村站緩緩駛出。使節(jié)們紛紛拿出手機(jī)拍照紀(jì)念，有位大使還一節(jié)節(jié)數(shù)出列車的車廂有55節(jié)！葡萄牙駐華大使館公使銜參贊榮斌諾稱贊：“我認(rèn)為建立區(qū)域間互聯(lián)互通十分有趣，正如成渝地區(qū)正在做的這樣。通過促進(jìn)相鄰地區(qū)的特色發(fā)展，有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)并推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會更快發(fā)展?！?/p>

體驗(yàn)充滿活力的科技創(chuàng)新

“加個(gè)微信吧，我想買你們的車！”“我們國家今年或許會提供一個(gè)很可觀的訂單?！薄拔蚁氚堰@臺車開到北京去，開到阿爾及利亞去！希望你們能來阿爾及利亞投資建廠?！痹谫惲λ箖山腔酃S參觀時(shí)，10多位使節(jié)主動和企業(yè)代表加微信，對電動汽車表現(xiàn)出極大興趣。斯洛文尼亞駐華大使蘇嵐表示，重慶是一個(gè)重工業(yè)制造中心，生產(chǎn)汽車、電動自行車、摩托車、電子產(chǎn)品、數(shù)字系統(tǒng)等產(chǎn)品技術(shù)先進(jìn)，這些方面也是斯洛文尼亞的優(yōu)勢領(lǐng)域，接下來的合作，她將目光瞄準(zhǔn)了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與健康產(chǎn)業(yè)。

使節(jié)們參觀海扶醫(yī)療科技股份有限公司時(shí)對公司的高端醫(yī)療科技贊不絕口，紛紛與公司管理層交流對接，索要產(chǎn)品宣傳手冊，并互留聯(lián)系方式，希望尋求在醫(yī)療科技領(lǐng)域的合作機(jī)會，將先進(jìn)技術(shù)帶回本國，為更多患者帶來福祉。

欣賞美不勝收的山城景色

使節(jié)們還登上了WFC“重慶之巔”俯瞰城市，乘船游覽兩江四岸璀璨夜景，從不同角度全方位立體感受重慶山水之城的特色與魅力。也門駐華大使穆罕默德·梅塔米在“重慶之巔”驚呼：“我仿佛置身于空中，簡直無法形容這里的美?！蹦β甯珩v華大使館公使西迪·巴加利稱贊重慶已然是中國的一張名片。博茨瓦納駐華大使巴特朗·賽雷馬贊嘆：“重慶是中國最美麗的城市，我希望帶著家人再次前來?！?/p>

Understanding the CPCs Original Aspiration and Founding Mission

H.E. Hassane RABEHI， Ambassador of Algeria to China， congratulated the CPC on its success when visiting the Hongyan Revolution Memorial Hall. H.E. Mohammad Al-Maitami， Ambassador of Yemen to China， said China has made seismic changes thanks to the CPCs long-term vision and strong leadership. He also hoped China can continue to make new progress. “Chongqing is a city of stories， profound history， and nostalgic feelings.” When talking about Chongqings future development， H.E. Kenneth Sentle Rabale， Ambassador of Lesotho to China， has full expectations.

Witnessing the Achievements of Opening-up and Extensive Connectivity

The diplomatic envoys witnessed the departure of the China-Europe Railway Express （Chengdu-Chongqing） from the Tuanjiecun Station with a cheerful whistle. They took out their phones to take pictures to commemorate this moment. One Ambassador even counted out there were 55 carriages on the train. Duarte Pinto da Rocha， Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Portugal in China， praised that “I have found it rather interesting to enhance the inter-regional connectivity， just like what is being done in Chengdu-Chongqing region. Promoting development in adjacent regions that fits the unique local conditions is conducive to achieving economies of scale and promoting the economy and society at a faster speed.”

Experiencing Dynamic Technological Innovations

“Can I have your WeChat？ I want to buy your car.” “Our country may offer a rather substantial order this year.” “I want to drive this car to Beijing and Algeria！ I hope you can come to Algeria to invest and build factories.” Dozens of diplomatic envoys exchanged their WeChat contact with the company representatives. They showed great interest in electric vehicles during the tour of the smart factory of SERES in Chongqing Liang Jiang New Area. H.E. Alenka Suhadonik， Ambassador of Slovenia to China， noted that Chongqing is a heavy industry manufacturing center that produces automobiles， electric bicycles， motorcycles， electronic devices， digital systems， and other products with advanced technologies. These are also Slovenias advantages. In the following cooperation， she will focus on the automobile industry cluster and the healthcare industry.

When visiting Chongqing Haifu Medical Technology Co.， Ltd.， diplomatic envoys were full of praise for the companys cutting-edge medical technology. They actively communicated with the companys management personnel， asked for product brochures， and exchanged contact information. They hope to seek further cooperation in technology and medical care， bring those technologies back home， and benefit more patients.

Enjoying the Magnificent View of the Mountain City

The delegation also visited the highest viewing platform of Chongqing World Financial Center to see the city from a “birds eye” view. They took a cruise to enjoy the night scenery of the two rivers and four riverbanks from a “fish eye” view. From different angles， they felt the characteristics and charm of this city of mountains and waters. H.E. Mohammed Al-Maitami， The Ambassador of Yemen to China， exclaimed on the platform， “Its unexplainable. Im like in the sky.” Sidi El Bakkari， Minister of the Moroccan Embassy in China， praised Chongqing as a “name card” of China. H.E. Batlang Comma Serema， Ambassador of Botswana to China， said， “I think Chongqing is the most beautiful city in China. I hope to come back with my family.”
