瑞兔迎新春，使節送祝福

In 2022, Chongqing actively engaged in international exchanges and promoted cooperation with other countries in economy and trade, cultural and people-to-people exchanges, and interactions between sub-national governments.

As the Year of the Rabbit begins, the Embassies of Ecuador, Uruguay, Colombia, Guyana,Mexico, Australia, Cuba, and Brazil sent greetings to Chongqing and expressed wishes for a higher level of communication and cooperation with Chongqing in the new year.

2022年，重慶市積極開展對外交流工作，與各國在經貿、人文、地方政府交往等領域的合作不斷加強。兔年新春之際，厄瓜多爾、烏拉圭、哥倫比亞、圭亞那、墨西哥、澳大利亞、古巴、巴西等駐華大使館紛紛向重慶發來祝福，為重慶市民送上新年祝愿的同時，期待推動與重慶在新一年的交流合作“更上一層樓”。

Carlos Larrea, Ambassador of Ecuador to China:厄瓜多爾駐華大使卡洛斯·拉雷亞：

In 2022, Ecuadorian President Guillermo Lasso visited China and met with President Xi Jinping, facilitating fruitful achievements of China-Ecuador cooperation in various aspects.In 2023, there's great cooperation potential between Ecuador and Chongqing.We hope to advance our cooperation in peopleto-people exchanges and sister-city friendly exchanges, thus promoting closer China-Ecuador relations.

2022年厄瓜多爾總統拉索訪華并與習近平主席會晤，推動兩國各領域合作取得豐碩成果。2023年，厄瓜多爾與重慶合作潛力巨大，希望擴大人文交流、城市友好交往等方面合作，推動兩國關系繼續加強。

Martín Orlando, Charge d’Affaires of the Uruguayan Embassy in China:烏拉圭駐華大使館代辦馬丁·奧蘭多：

Uruguay hopes to strengthen ties with western China through Chongqing.We set up a consulate general in Chongqing in 2019,and both sides have achieved cooperation in economy and trade,people-to-people exchanges, sports, and sub-national government interactions.The year 2023 marks the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Uruguay and China.We hope to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing in all aspects and inject new impetus into the development of Uruguay-China relations.

烏拉圭希望通過重慶與中國西部加強聯系，2019年在重慶設立總領事館，雙方在經貿、人文、體育、地方政府交往等領域實現了合作。2023年是烏中建交35周年，希望繼續加強和重慶各領域交流合作，為烏中關系發展注入新的動力。

José Diaz, Charge d’Affaires of the Colombian Embassy in China:哥倫比亞駐華大使館代辦何塞·迪亞茲：

We hope to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing.We also welcome more Chinese companies to invest in Columbia as many Chinese enterprises have already entered the Colombian market such as Changan Automobile and Chongqing Haifu Medical Technology.Chongqing and Medellin carried out fruitful cooperation as the two cities have signed a memorandum of cooperation and a Chongqing Commodity Exhibition Center was set up in Medellin.2023 is the Year of the Rabbit in the Chinese Lunar Calendar.It symbolizes longevity, peace, and prosperity.And I would like to send these beautiful messages to the people of the two countries.

希望在2023年繼續推進與重慶的交流合作。重慶長安汽車、重慶海扶醫療等多家中國企業已進入哥倫比亞市場，歡迎更多的中國企業到哥倫比亞投資興業。重慶市和麥德林市開展了卓有成效的合作，兩市簽署了合作備忘錄，麥德林市設有重慶商品展示中心。2023年是中國農歷的癸卯兔年，兔子象征著長壽、和平與繁榮，希望把這些美好寓意送給哥中兩國人民。

Anyin Choo, Ambassador of Guyana to China:圭亞那駐華大使周雅欣：

Guyana and Chongqing have had many years of friendly relations and exchanges.One of Guyana's largest investments in the mining sector is made by Chongqing Bosai Group in 2007.The mining town of Linden in Guyana also established sister city ties with Nanchuan District of Chongqing.Chongqing and Guyana enjoy frequent political, commercial, and economic exchanges and stable communication and cooperation.The Guyana government and people appreciate the friendly relations with Chongqing.We wish the Chongqing people a happy new year and wish the friendly relations between the two sides will continue to develop and strengthen for the benefit of the people from both sides.

圭亞那和重慶市已有多年的友好關系和交流。圭亞那最大的采礦業投資之一就是與重慶博賽集團于2007年建立起來的。圭亞那的礦業城市林登也與重慶市南川區建立了友好城市關系。重慶市與圭亞那在政治、商業和經濟上交流頻繁，溝通合作穩定，圭亞那政府和人民非常感謝與重慶市的友好關系。祝重慶人民在新的一年里幸福安康，愿雙方的友好關系繼續發展和加強，造福兩國人民。

Graham Fletcher, Ambassador of Australia to China:澳大利亞駐華大使傅關漢：

Australia and Chongqing have a long history of friendly exchanges.We look forward to more people-to-people exchanges between Australia and China in the coming year, which will further deepen the friendly relations between Australia and Chongqing.I want to cite lines from Bai Juyi's poem To Mengde to extend my wishes: First may the world be peaceful, second may your body stay strong; third may we still regularly meet each other in old age.Here I extend best wishes for the year of the rabbit.

澳大利亞與重慶有著長期友好的交往，期待在新的一年，澳大利亞與中國之間有更多人員往來，不斷加深澳大利亞與重慶的友好關系。我想借白居易《贈夢得》中的詩句送出祝福：一愿世清平，二愿身強健，三愿臨老頭，數與君相見。祝大家兔年事事如意！

Jesús Seade, Ambassador of Mexico to China:墨西哥駐華大使施雅德：

In 2022, Chongqing and Mexico enjoyed close ties of cooperation.Chongqing took an active part in the light show to celebrate 50 years of China-Mexico diplomatic relations and held a series of cultural activities such as the Mexican film exhibition,photography exhibition, and book club.The Mexican Chamber of Commerce in China also set up a branch in Chongqing.The Spring Festival is of great significance to the Chinese people and we hoped that the friendly exchanges between Mexico and China will continue to expand in 2023.

2022年重慶與墨西哥合作密切，重慶積極參加了慶祝中墨建交50周年亮燈儀式，舉行了墨西哥電影展、攝影展、讀書會等系列文化活動，中國墨西哥商會也在重慶設立分會。春節對中國人民意義重大，希望在新的一年不斷擴大墨中兩國友好交流。

Carlos Miguel Pereira, Ambassador of Cuba to China:古巴駐華大使卡洛斯·佩雷拉：

2022 has been a difficult year due to the coronavirus, but this has not stopped us from deepening our friendship and cooperation.Especially, Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez visited China again, and the two countries held a series of activities to celebrate the 62nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.In recent years, Cuba and Chongqing have had increasingly close exchanges and cooperation in various fields.In 2022, Cuba recommended films to participate in the 9th Chongqing Youth Film Festival, hoping to further deepen exchanges and cooperation in economy, trade, culture, education, tourism, and other fields.

由于疫情影響，2022年是非常艱難的一年，但這并未阻礙兩國之間友誼與合作繼續加深。尤其是古巴國家主席米格爾·迪亞斯-卡內爾·貝穆德斯再次訪華，兩國為慶祝建交62周年舉辦系列慶祝活動。近年來，古巴與重慶在各領域交流合作日益密切，2022年，古巴推選影片參加第九屆重慶青年電影展。希望繼續擴大和深化在經貿、文化、教育、旅游等方面的交流合作。

Paulo Estivallet de Mesquita, Ambassador of Brazil to China:巴西駐華大使高望：

Chongqing enjoys close ties with Bahia State and Sao Paulo State of Brazil.I hope in the Year of the Rabbit, Brazil and China and the two peoples can enjoy a fruitful and happy life through our joint efforts.I also look forward to visiting Chongqing in the new year.
