It may not always be easy to show our gratitude. Here are several thoughtful ways to express gratitude.

Writing thank?you cards is definitely a common practice to show our gratitude to our loved ones. Of course, we can give them to anyone who has influenced our life in a positive way. Also, a random act of kindness like donating money and helping the old people who live alone can help show how grateful we are for the world around us.

In brief, practicing showing gratitude can bring us to a state of satisfaction and joy.
