Alashan Left Banner is unforgettable in my viewing stone playing experience.
It is located in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and northwest of Yinchuan in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,has a long history,a vast territory,and natural treasures.It has human activities in the Neolithic age.According to the research,it was once a vast sea.With the violent geological movement and submarine volcanic eruption,under the internal and external dynamic action of volcanic rock flow,weathering sand and grinding,many rare stones with hard texture,strange shape and thousands of shapes have been formed.It has become a treasure land rich in viewing stones in China.
One day in August 2000,I went to the Gobi desert in the north of Alxa Left Banner with two stone lovers to search for treasure.We drove from Lanzhou and stayed in Suhongtu in the evening.The next day,as soon as it was light,we set out to the depths of the Gobi in the northeast of Su Hongtu.
