1.Check and learn: How do you like it? It’s/ They’re very pretty.

Underline the sentences for your answers.

How do you like this skirt?It’s very pretty.

教師帶讀，并板書。用圖片dress,hat,socks 替換skirt 練習。

2.Check and learn: How much is it? It’s $89.

（1）Underline the sentences：How much is it? It’s $89.

PPT: $-dollar,￥-yuan It’s RMB.教師帶讀dollar（圖片呈現美元和人民幣，以示區別）。

（2）教師板書句型并帶讀：How much is it/...? It’s $89.

（3）T: How much is it? S:It’s 50 yuan.

T: How much is it? S: It’s 80 yuan.（PPT 呈現地攤服裝）Do you want to know how much it is? How to ask the vendor?（教師指著另外兩種物品問）

Ss: How much is it?

T: It’s 100 yuan.

設計意圖：從表層信息到深層信息，教師通過提出有層次性的問題，從是什么到為什么再到怎么做，環環相扣，引領學生走向深度思維。在層層遞進的引導性問題情境中，學生思維的靈活性、邏輯性、批判性和創造性也得到有效培養。

設計意圖：在問題情境中，深入思考文本內容，學習和運用目標語言，較好地培養了學生思維的深刻性和靈活性，能舉一反三。

4.Let’s think.

Why can’t Sarah buy this skirt?

（1）在文中找出答案并畫線：Because it’s too expensive/cheap.

（2）T: The skirt is $89.Do you know the Exchange rate of RMB and US dollar? 你們知道人民幣和美元的匯率嗎？Let’s go to Baidu and find out.（通過百度網頁查詢人民幣匯率）

1 美元≈6.6995 人民幣 89美元=596.2288 人民幣

設計意圖：學習利用百度搜索的策略，通過貨幣兌換，感受expensive 的含義。

（3）So The skirt is $89.It’s 630 yuan.It’s very expensive.

詞卡教學：expensive,Read one by one.

T: Look at the jacket.It’s$100.

Ss: It’s expensive.

T: So what is expensive in this street stall in your opinion？

（PPT 呈現umbrella,toy car,football，有些貴，有些便宜）

S1: I think the umbrella is expensive.

設計意圖：在相互了解的過程中批判性思維得到鍛煉。

（4）T: Are the pants expensive?（PPT 呈現pants 售價30 元，售價便宜）

T&S: No.They are cheap.

Learn: cheap， ea,ee,eat,see,sea,meat,keep,three,bea,cheap

T: What do you think is cheap in this street stall?

S1/2/3: I think...is cheap.

設計意圖：在創設的地攤情境中學習新詞，學生能較好地領會其含義，進一步學習單向發音規則。

（5）T: So will you buy this umbrella? ...Why? ...Yes.It’s too expensive.（板書）

設計意圖：創設批判性問題情境“Will you buy...?”，學生運用生活經驗來分析判定該不該買，該買什么。在理解了expensive 和cheap 的基礎上，學生通過分析判斷，思維的深刻性、靈活性、批判性和創造性都得到鍛煉和提升。

5.Talk about your experience and give suggestions to Sarah.

T: And Sarah will not buy this skirt because mum says“Sorry,Sarah.It’s too expensive.”But Sarah likes it.How does she feel?

Sn: She feels sad./...

T: Yes,she is not happy.

T: Have you got the same experience as Sarah? How did you feel?

Sn: No./ Yes,sad,bored,upset...

T: What do you want to say to Sarah?

Ss: It doesn’t matter./You can choose another one./...I’m sorry.

Emotion: We should buy suitable things at a reasonable price.We buy things not because they’re cheap or they’re expensive，but because we need them and their price is reasonable.

設計意圖：結合文本圖片的情境和所學內容，引導學生體會文本主人公的思維。同時，學生通過思考，學會關心他人，并能提供適當的建議來開導、幫助他人，引導學生學會友善地“Care for others”。

設計意圖：創設學習目標語言規則的文本情境，引導學生深入理解和運用句型規則、差異和語用情境。

Step 5.Consolidation

1.Watch a new video,find out the answers and think.

T: Boys and girls,Sarah and her mum go to another shop.Let’s watch the video and find out if Sarah will buy something.How much is it?

T&S: What will Sarah buy?A dress.How much is it? It’s eighty-five yuan.Is it expensive?No...It’s cheap.Yes,it’s cheap.Is it pretty?...Yes.So Sarah takes the suitable dress at a reasonable price.Right? What do you think of Sarah?...She is happy / great!

設計意圖：利用文本信息創造性地創設從不能買到能買的情境，引導學生再次學習和建構目標語言，為任務的完成打下基礎，提升思維的深刻性、創造性和敏捷性。

2.Fulfill the task: Set up street stalls and buy something.

OK,boys and girls.Now let’s set out things on the street.We have our own street stalls.I need some vendors to sell things.And the others are customers.You can buy things with your coupons.Who wants to be the vendors? As rewards,you can get another coupon of 10 yuan...Thank you.

（2）Set up street stalls together.Buy or sell something.

Tips for vendors:

①Set a reasonable price for your goods.②To be polite,friendly and hard-working.

Tips for customers:

①Buy something you need at a reasonable price.②To be polite and friendly.

3.Summary.

T: Boys and girls,today we’ve learned how to ask and describe something,and how to ask and answer the price.I’d like you to buy things you need with reasonable price.You can go to street stall and find what you need.OK?

設計意圖：學生在交際情境中發現、感知、理解、體驗語言，并吸收、內化和建構成自己的語言機制，充分發揮想象力，從而能夠獨立地、創造性地解決實際問題。設置情境去解決問題，完成任務也是發展創造性思維的重要途徑。
