企業文化陣地建設助力精神文明建設路徑探索

【摘? 要】堅持用習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想凝魂聚氣，引導廣大干部群眾筑牢理想信念，這是推動精神文明建設走向自覺的時代要求。新形勢下，在國企內部如何促進企業文化融入職工思想、融入中心工作、助推業務發展成為各單位精神文明建設的重要課題。論文結合黨史學習教育，緊緊圍繞學懂弄通做實黨的創新理論，對企業文化陣地建設助力精神文明建設的路徑進行了探索，以期為企業文化建設、營造良好企業文化氛圍提供參考。

【Abstract】Adhering to the use of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics For a New Era to condense the soul of the nation， and guiding the majority of cadres and the masses to build up their ideals and beliefs is the requirement of the times to promote the construction of spiritual civilization towards consciousness. Under the new situation， how to promote the integration of corporate culture into the thoughts of employees， into the central work and boost business development within state-owned enterprises has become an important topic for the construction of spiritual civilization in all units. Combined with the study and education of Party history， closely revolving around learning， understanding， and practicing the Party's innovative theory， this paper explores the paths of the construction of corporate cultural front to help the construction of spiritual civilization， so as to provide a reference for the construction of corporate culture and creating a good atmosphere of corporate culture.

1 實施背景

精神文明建設在企業發展中是一個具有較強進取性和社會指向性的管理內容。在企業經營中，精神文明建設是企業形成巨大合力、保持活力的基本原因，也是企業員工共同遵循的價值觀和行為準則，是使企業增值的一種無形的資產。企業文化是企業的軟實力，它的建設和發展是提高企業核心競爭力必不可少的因素。
