了不起的畫筆
——記職業(yè)漫畫師丁姣

繪畫，帶給丁姣快樂，也成為她與世界交流的一種方式。Painting brings joy to Ding Jiao，and it has also become a way for her to communicate with the world.

4月，因新冠肺炎疫情原因，濟(jì)南市部分區(qū)域根據(jù)需求開展多輪核酸檢測(cè)，所有完成檢測(cè)的市民均可以得到一張核酸檢測(cè)貼紙，一時(shí)間，曬各種特色貼紙成為“潮流”。其中，一組以扁鵲、辛棄疾和秦瓊為主角的核酸檢測(cè)貼紙刷爆了濟(jì)南人的朋友圈。

看到自己設(shè)計(jì)的動(dòng)漫形象受到大眾的喜愛，創(chuàng)作者丁姣特別開心。丁姣是山東世博華創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫傳媒有限公司的一名職業(yè)漫畫師。在接到設(shè)計(jì)核酸檢測(cè)貼紙任務(wù)時(shí)，她也有些緊張。因?yàn)橘N紙雖小，所包含的內(nèi)容卻十分復(fù)雜。在人物選擇上，丁姣考慮過很多濟(jì)南名士，最終選擇了這三人為“泉城抗疫天團(tuán)”第一批成員，是因?yàn)樗麄兌加徐畈〉脑⒁狻６℃寡裕丨偟脑O(shè)計(jì)最費(fèi)心思，他的名將服裝設(shè)計(jì)相對(duì)復(fù)雜，中間也經(jīng)歷了比較多的取舍和選擇。

核酸檢測(cè)貼紙走紅，使得丁姣走進(jìn)了大眾的視線，她臉上燦爛的微笑總能給人們留下深刻的印象。殊不知，這位開朗的“90后”姑娘也有著一段痛苦的經(jīng)歷。丁姣2歲時(shí)查出脊髓血管瘤，當(dāng)時(shí)手術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)非常大，如果手術(shù)失敗，就會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)站不起來。憑借自己頑強(qiáng)的毅力和家人的悉心照料，歷經(jīng)多次手術(shù)和多年艱苦的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練，她創(chuàng)造了能夠獨(dú)立行走的“醫(yī)學(xué)奇跡”：不僅站了起來，還學(xué)會(huì)了騎自行車。

因?yàn)樯眢w原因行動(dòng)不便，繪畫成為丁姣向外界表達(dá)自我的一種方式。從四五歲時(shí)跟著電視上的少兒頻道學(xué)習(xí)畫畫，到高二轉(zhuǎn)為美術(shù)生開始比較系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)，再到后來順利進(jìn)入大學(xué)、入職，能夠?qū)酆米兂勺约旱穆殬I(yè)，丁姣感到很幸運(yùn)，也十分珍惜現(xiàn)在擁有的一切。

接到公司創(chuàng)作核酸檢測(cè)貼紙的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)后，丁姣是連軸轉(zhuǎn)，每天睡眠不足5個(gè)小時(shí)，克服了種種困難，付出了常人難以想象的努力。After receiving the task of designing nucleic acid test stickers，Ding Jiao worked around the clock，slept less than five hours every day，overcame numerous difficulties，and made incredible efforts.

丁姣和世博動(dòng)漫“荔枝花開”工作室負(fù)責(zé)人一起，帶領(lǐng)全省30個(gè)殘疾文創(chuàng)人才在抗疫中貢獻(xiàn)了特殊力量。Ding Jiao and the head of Expo Anime “Blooming Litchi” Studio led 30 disabled cultural &creative talents of Shandong to contribute their special power to the fight against COVID-19.

無論在工作還是生活中，遇到觸動(dòng)自己的事情，丁姣都會(huì)拿起畫筆，記錄下當(dāng)時(shí)的所感所想。No matter at work or in life，when encountering anything that touches her，Ding Jiao may use her brush to record her feelings and thoughts.

工作后的丁姣得到了全方位的成長(zhǎng)，也收獲了同事們的情誼。After entering the workplace，Ding Jiao has thrived in all respects，and gained friendship from colleagues.

其實(shí)，早在2021東京殘奧會(huì)期間，丁姣就受到過公眾的關(guān)注。丁姣用一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間，加班加點(diǎn)為中國(guó)殘奧會(huì)金牌健兒繪制漫像，最后導(dǎo)致右手肌肉韌帶拉傷。她忍著傷痛，堅(jiān)持畫完了96幅，贏得了很多殘奧會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的收藏和點(diǎn)贊，作品點(diǎn)擊量逾億次。2022年，丁姣又收到了國(guó)際殘疾人奧林匹克委員會(huì)的邀請(qǐng)函，邀請(qǐng)她為北京冬殘奧會(huì)繪制系列主題漫畫作品。丁姣用自己的畫筆，傳遞出殘疾人運(yùn)動(dòng)員自強(qiáng)不息的精神，弘揚(yáng)了社會(huì)的大愛和正能量，贏得了外界的廣泛贊譽(yù)。

為了幫助更多殘疾人在文創(chuàng)領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)高質(zhì)量就業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)，公司發(fā)起成立了“荔枝花開”公益助殘品牌。丁姣主動(dòng)請(qǐng)纓，申請(qǐng)成立世博動(dòng)漫“荔枝花開”志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)，承擔(dān)殘疾人就業(yè)公益培訓(xùn)部分教學(xué)任務(wù)。她放棄周末休息時(shí)間，堅(jiān)持為殘障學(xué)員開展漫畫教學(xué)，并編寫專門的教學(xué)課件和教材，幫助10余名學(xué)員走上了工作崗位。2017年底，丁姣承擔(dān)的“荔枝花開”殘疾人就業(yè)培訓(xùn)志愿服務(wù)項(xiàng)目被中共濟(jì)南市委宣傳部、濟(jì)南市文明辦等11個(gè)部門聯(lián)合評(píng)為最佳志愿服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。

雖生而不同，卻一樣可以了不起。在工作中，丁姣克服常人難以想象的困難，立足本職崗位，扎根創(chuàng)作一線，創(chuàng)作出大量?jī)?yōu)秀漫畫作品，多次在國(guó)內(nèi)外大賽中獲獎(jiǎng)。目前，丁姣已經(jīng)是山東省青年美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、山東省漫畫家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，2020年被聘為濟(jì)南市殘疾人文學(xué)藝術(shù)界聯(lián)合會(huì)槐蔭分會(huì)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)副主席，充分彰顯了當(dāng)代青年力量。

丁姣用手中的畫筆，畫出了對(duì)生活的熱愛、對(duì)生命的執(zhí)著。她說自己趕上了特別好的時(shí)代，非常有信心通過畫筆去描繪更美好的生活，并努力通過作品，講好殘疾人的勵(lì)志故事，不辜負(fù)黨委、政府和社會(huì)各界的厚愛與重托。

2021東京殘奧會(huì)期間，丁姣為獲得金牌的運(yùn)動(dòng)健兒人手一張漫像，96幅漫像組合成《荔枝花開中國(guó)驕傲》系列。During the Tokyo Summer Paralympics in 2021，Ding Jiao drew a comic portrait for every athlete winning a gold medal.96 comic portraits constitute the Blooming Litchi with Chinese Pride series.

2022年，受國(guó)際殘疾人奧林匹克委員會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，丁姣為北京冬殘奧會(huì)繪制系列主題漫畫作品。In 2002，at the invitation of the IPC，Ding Jiao created a series of theme comics for the Beijing Winter Paralympics.

在全國(guó)上下萬眾一心共同抗疫的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)下，丁姣一個(gè)月內(nèi)就創(chuàng)作出了30余幅漫畫抗疫作品，被廣泛轉(zhuǎn)載。Under the severe situation of the whole country uniting as one to fight against the pandemic，Ding Jiao created more than 30 comics themed on the fight against the pandemic within a month，which were extensively reprinted.

In April，due to the COVID-19 outbreak，some parts of Jinan had to carry out multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing.Any citizen who has completed nucleic acid tests would receive a nucleic acid test sticker.Then，posting all kinds of characteristic stickers came into“fashion”.Among them，a group of nucleic acid test stickers featuring Bian Que，Xin Qiji and Qin Qiong caused a sensation on the WeChat Moments of the people of Jinan.

The creator Ding Jiao was glad to see her designed cartoon images enjoying popularity among the public.Ding Jiao is a professional cartoonist of Shandong Expo Huachuang Anime Media Co.，Ltd.She was diagnosed with spinal angioma at the age of two.With tenacious perseverance and her family’s care，she created a “medical miracle” by walking independently after undergoing much surgery and years of arduous rehabilitation training.

Because of her physical disability，painting became a way for her to express herself to the outside world.From learning to draw by watching the children’s channel at the age of four or five，to studying systematically after becoming an art student in the second year of high school，and then to successfully entering college and the workplace，Ding Jiao feels lucky to be able to turn her hobby into a profession，and cherishes everything she has.

To help more disabled persons to achieve high-quality employment and self-employment in the culture&creativity field，her company initiated a public service brand“Blooming Litchi” aimed at helping the disabled.Ding Jiao volunteered to apply for establishing the Expo Anime “Blooming Litchi” Voluntary Service Team，and helped more than 10 trainees to find a job.

Ding Jiao has painted her love for life and perseverance in life with her brush.She said that in this wonderful era，she was confident of portraying the better life with her brush and narrating the inspirational stories of the disabled by use of comics，and would live up to the kindness and support of the Party committee，the government and all sectors of society.
