【摘? 要】當前,我國企業的發展空間逐步擴大,并且國家針對企業實施的扶持政策使得越來越多的中小企業成為國民經濟的重要組成部分。但隨之而來的是市場競爭的日益激烈,同時社會對人才的需求逐年增加,在此基礎上中小企業需要結合自身的實際情況,運用與人力資源管理相關的知識完善自身的人才機制。在此過程中企業需要分析自身人力資源的現狀,發現管理當中存在的缺陷和漏洞,全面系統地分析問題出現的原因及可能帶來的后果。論文以如何優化中小企業人力資源管理為研究對象,并結合實際問題提出相關解決策略。
【Abstract】At present, the development space of China's enterprises is gradually expanding, and the support policies implemented by the state for enterprises make more and more small and medium-sized enterprises become an important part of the national economy. But what follows is the increasingly fierce market competition, and the society's demand for talents is increasing year by year. Based on this, small and medium-sized enterprises need to combine their own actual conditions, use the knowledge related to human resources management to improve their own talent mechanism. In this process, enterprises need to analyze the current situation of their own human resources and find the defects and loopholes existing in management, and comprehensively and systematically analyze the causes and possible consequences of problems. This paper takes how to optimize the human resources management in small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, and puts forward relevant solutions according to practical problems.

1 引言
中小企業作為我國國民經濟的重要組成部分,對推動國家經濟發展和社會進步具有重要作用。綜合中小企業的基本特點,其自身的發展不僅為社會帶來新的動力和新的起點,也為許多人才提供了就業崗位,解決了我國許多畢業生的就業問題,最大限度地發揮了企業自身的作用和價值。在社會經濟飛速發展的今天,中小企業需要根據時代的發展不斷調整自身的經營模式,在原有模式的基礎上加大對先進技術的投入力度,從根本上保證自身與時代共同進步,滿足工作人員的多樣化需求。同時,在發展的過程中,企業內部的管理層和領導者需要著重解決中小企業的人力資源問題,從而為其后續的發展創造良好的條件?!?br>
