摘 要:展開家校合作時,若想保證效果更為理想,家長素質、參與深度等均是不可忽視的,因而要確保家長教育能夠做到位。從當下的小學教育現狀來看,家校合作是不可缺少的手段,學校應該從自身的實際情況出發,對合作方式進行合理選擇,然而家長教育受重視程度并不高,這就使得家校合作達不到預期。本文主要針對小學家長教育展開深入探析,在此基礎上尋找到可行的措施,確保家校合作實際效果更為理想。

Research on the Countermeasures of Primary School Parent Education Based on Family and School Cooperation

【Abstract】When launching family-school cooperation, if you want to ensure a more ideal effect, the quality of parents and the depth of participation cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that parent education can be in place. Judging from the current situation of primary education, the cooperation between family and school is an indispensable means. Schools should proceed from their own actual situation and make reasonable choices of cooperation methods. However, parent education does not receive much attention, which makes home-school Cooperation fell short of expectations. This paper mainly conducts an in-depth analysis of primary school parent education, and finds feasible measures on this basis to ensure that the actual effect of family-school cooperation is more ideal.

小學生的年齡不大,心理并不成熟,此時必須對習慣養成、知識積累等予以重視,若想保證教育目標切實達成,應該將家庭的作用充分發揮出來,以此來說,家校合作能夠對小學教育起到促進作用。在展開家校合作的過程中,家長教育是不可忽視的,其對家校合作的實效性會產生直接影響。從我們國家的現狀來看,為了使得家校合作能夠真正落實到位,必須對政策制度、組織形式、資源條件等予以重點關注,確保相關工作能夠做到位,如此方可使得家長更為積極地投入到學校教育中,家校合作的實效性自然就可得到保證。
1.應用小學家校合作模式的意義
(1)有利于學生人格健全發展
