2月4日，國家發展和改革委員會主任何立峰與阿根廷外交、國際貿易和宗教事務部長卡菲羅代表兩國政府共同簽署《中華人民共和國政府與阿根廷共和國政府關于共同推進絲綢之路經濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路建設的諒解備忘錄》。

On February 4， He Lifeng， Chairman of National Development and Reform Commission， and Ambassador Santiago Cafiero， Minister of Foreign Affairs， International Trade and Worship of Argentina， signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Jointly Promoting the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Between the Government of the Peoples Republic of China and the Government of the Argentine Republic on behalf of the Chinese and Argentine governments.

中國調整跨境電商零售進口商品清單

China enriches list for cross-border e-commerce retail imports

財政部等八部門發布公告，自2022年3月1日起，優化調整跨境電子商務零售進口商品清單，增加滑雪用具、番茄汁、高爾夫球用具等29個商品稅目，刪除刀劍1個商品稅目。納入清單的都是近年來消費需求比較旺盛的商品，這不僅有利于豐富國內市場供給，也有利于促進各國共享中國市場機遇。

China will add a total of 29 product categories including ski equipment， tomato juice， and golf equipment to and delete one product category， namely knives and swords， from the list of imported retail goods for cross-border e-commerce starting from March 1， 2022， according to a statement jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and seven other departments. All the items included in the list are in high demand by consumers in recent years， which will enrich domestic market supply and provide more opportunities for overseas enterprises.

2022消博會將于4月12日至16日在海南省海口市舉辦，法國擔任主賓國。展覽面積從首屆的8萬平方米擴至10萬平方米，新增面積全部用于國際展區。屆時全球頭部品牌新品首發首秀活動、全球消費論壇等上百場活動將同步舉行。

2022 China International Consumer Products Expo will be held in Haikou from April 12 to 16， with France as the guest of honor. The total exhibition area of the Expo will be expanded from 80，000 square meters of the first session to 100，000 square meters， and the newly-added space is for overseas exhibitors only. Hundreds of activities are expected to be celebrated during the Expo， including new product launches by globally-leading brands and the Global Consumption Forum.

Development of the China-ASEAN Mercantile Exchange （Phase-I） proceeds steadily and is scheduled to be put into operation in September 2022 during the 19th China-ASEAN Expo. It mainly serves online/offline exhibitions of special products from other countries， cross-border e-commerce and logistics， exhibition area operation， and digital trade and offers digital technology services.

A new batch of anti-epidemic supplies provided by the Chinese government arrived in Honiara， capital of the Solomon Islands， on February 18. The two sides held a brief but grand welcoming ceremony at the airport. The Solomon Islands government and its people are challenged by both COVID-19 and social unrest. China， following the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind， offered anti-epidemic and police supplies at the request of the Solomon Islands.

Dhaka International Trade Fair kicked off at Bangabandhu Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center （BBCFEC） on January 2. BBCFEC is an iconic project under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
