繼續推動共建“一帶一路”高質量發展

“以高標準、可持續、惠民生為目標，推動共建‘一帶一路高質量發展不斷取得新成效。”在“一帶一路”建設邁向高質量發展的關鍵時期，習近平總書記站在統籌中華民族偉大復興戰略全局和世界百年未有之大變局的高度，全面總結共建“一帶一路”取得的顯著成就，科學分析共建“一帶一路”面臨的新形勢，對繼續推動共建“一帶一路”高質量發展作出重大部署、提出明確要求，為新時代推進共建“一帶一路”工作提供了根本遵循。

面對氣候變化、疫情危機、貧困惡化、債務加劇、地緣競爭等多種全球性挑戰，共建“一帶一路”對接各國迫切需要和長期訴求，聚焦交通、電力、通信等傳統基礎設施，擴展數字、科技等新型基礎設施，修補影響發展和穩定的產業鏈供應鏈，加強國際投融資規則融合對接，推動多層次、多樣式人文交流和文明互鑒，有效豐富和拓展了參與國家合作的領域和內容，凝聚起國際社會共同有效應對全球性挑戰的力量。

展望未來，我們要深入貫徹落實習近平總書記重要講話精神，持續深化政治互信，發揮政策溝通的引領和催化作用，探索建立更多合作對接機制，推動把政治共識轉化為具體行動、把理念認同轉化為務實成果，制定共同發展議程，聚焦共同發展領域，優化共同發展模式，打造共同發展樣板，推動共建“一帶一路”高質量發展不斷取得新成效。

Stressing the importance of continuing promoting the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative （BRI） through joint efforts， General Secretary Xi Jinping said the BRI should aim for high-standard， sustainable and people-centered progress. At the critical moment of the BRI moving towards high-quality development， China should implement the national rejuvenation strategy within a wider context of the once-in-a-century changes taking place in the world. Xi made a comprehensive summary of the remarkable achievements in jointly developing the BRI， carried out scientific analysis of the new situation facing the BRI， and made major arrangements and put forward clear requirements for continuing promoting high-quality BRI development， offering fundamental guidelines for co-construction of the BRI in the new era.

Facing various global challenges such as climate change， pandemic crisis， severer poverty， increasing debts and geographic competition， China endeavors to meet the urgent needs and long-term demands of all countries through joint construction of the BRI. With the focus on traditional infrastructure in transportation， electricity and communications， the country is expanding the construction of new infrastructure in digital and sci-tech fields， and repairing industrial and supply chains that affect social development and stability. It is intensifying the integration of international investment and financing rules and advancing multi-tiered and diversified people-to-people exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations. These efforts have effectively enriched and expanded the areas and contents of cooperation among participating countries and brought together the international forces to effectively respond to the global challenges.

Looking ahead， we need to thoroughly implement the principles of General Secretary Xi Jinpings important speeches， keep consolidating mutual political trust， leverage the leading and catalytic roles of policy coordination and try to establish more cooperation matchmaking mechanisms. We should take action according to political consensus to make achievements based on identity of ideas. Concerted efforts must be made to set a common development agenda， focus on common development areas， optimize the common development model and set an example of common development， so as to strive for new results in high-quality BRI development.
