
摘 要:隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,工業(yè)化企業(yè)的再次崛起與城鄉(xiāng)一體化的進(jìn)程加快,人們對(duì)于能源的需求量也在逐年增大,新能源汽車應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。新能源汽車的誕生一定程度上緩解了環(huán)節(jié)能源短缺以及環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,但是新能源汽車的誕生時(shí)間較短,自身的發(fā)展方面存在著很多不成熟的地方,對(duì)于新能源汽車而言,加強(qiáng)對(duì)于汽車本身問(wèn)題故障研究以及掌握最新的維修技術(shù)對(duì)于新能源汽車的長(zhǎng)久化發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的意義。

Abstract:With the continuous progress and development of society, the re-emergence of industrialized enterprises and the acceleration of the process of urban-rural integration, people's demand for energy is also increasing year by year, and new energy vehicles have emerged. The birth of new energy vehicles has alleviated the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution to a certain extent. However, the birth time of new energy vehicles is relatively short, and there are many immature areas in its own development. Research on the problems and failures and mastering the latest maintenance technology are of vital importance to the long-term development of new energy vehicles.

1 新能源汽車的故障類型
1.1 電池故障
電池是新能源汽車的動(dòng)力源泉,對(duì)于新能源汽車的構(gòu)成以及運(yùn)行起到了十分重要的作用。但作為最新動(dòng)力源泉的電池卻在使用過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)種種問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響著新能源汽車的升級(jí)以及普及,對(duì)于新能源汽車的行業(yè)發(fā)展造成巨大的困擾。首先新能源汽車的電池性能要求相對(duì)較高,不光要求電池有著更高的儲(chǔ)電量,對(duì)于電池電壓的平穩(wěn)輸出以及電池的壽命等等都有著十分嚴(yán)格的要求。新能源汽車本身的電能消耗就相對(duì)較大,并且在使用過(guò)程中會(huì)碰上里程數(shù)較長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)象,這對(duì)于電池的壽命也有著十分高的要求。常見(jiàn)的電池故障往往是電池的溫度過(guò)高,車體絕緣故障導(dǎo)致電源的電能無(wú)法直接轉(zhuǎn)換為相應(yīng)的動(dòng)能,最后還可能出現(xiàn)充電故障等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,使得電源的故障指數(shù)逐漸增多,嚴(yán)重影響著行業(yè)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。……
