
摘 要:中職汽車專業(yè)理實(shí)一體化的課堂上,學(xué)生的實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)效果如何評(píng)價(jià),專業(yè)技能如何量化考核,1+X證書考核內(nèi)容和方式的變化,都對(duì)中職汽車專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)提出了新的要求,為了更好的開展汽車專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué),更加科學(xué)有效的評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生精益求精的工匠精神,筆者提出以數(shù)據(jù)為驅(qū)動(dòng),形成精準(zhǔn)閉環(huán)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方案,打造品質(zhì)汽車實(shí)訓(xùn)課堂。

Abstract:In the class of integration of theory and practice of vocational automobile major, how to evaluate the effect of students' practical training, how to quantify professional skills, and the content and method of 1+X certificate assessment, put forward new requirements for the teaching of vocational automobile professional training. In response to new requirements, to better carry out automotive professional training and teaching, to evaluate students professional skills more scientifically and effectively, and to cultivate students craftsmanship for excellence, the article proposes to use data as the driving force to form an accurate closed-loop training teaching evaluation program and build quality car training class.

1 中職汽車專業(yè)理實(shí)一體化課堂上遇到的問題
目前中職專業(yè)課大多采用理實(shí)一體化的教學(xué)模式,理論的學(xué)習(xí)可以通過考試酷、問卷調(diào)查等方式進(jìn)行測評(píng),但是實(shí)訓(xùn)的過程無法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)客觀的評(píng)價(jià)和反饋,加上工位數(shù)量多導(dǎo)致實(shí)訓(xùn)過程中難以發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生在操作過程中的一些流程和細(xì)節(jié)上的錯(cuò)誤。如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在實(shí)訓(xùn)過程中的規(guī)范操作,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生精益求精的工匠精神,成了一個(gè)在理實(shí)一體化課堂上的難題。
2 1+X證書考過程中遇到的問題
隨著1+X考試的推進(jìn),在實(shí)際執(zhí)考過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些問題,1+X考試更加注重學(xué)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作的考核,評(píng)分細(xì)則里面有很多項(xiàng)目都是考察學(xué)生基本操作能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。在實(shí)際考試的過程中,需要評(píng)分的點(diǎn)多,考試時(shí)間長,考評(píng)員易漏看,如果采用數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),考評(píng)員在考評(píng)過程中只需重點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的安全規(guī)范和現(xiàn)場5S部分,學(xué)生的實(shí)際操作過程全部都由系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)紀(jì)錄和處理,并進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)分,減少人為主觀評(píng)分,提高考評(píng)的公平性和效率。……
