第五屆中法文學論壇舉行——文學的所見與未見

4月21日，由中國作協和法國駐華使館共同主辦的第五屆中法文學論壇以線上和線下相結合的方式在北京中國現代文學館舉行。

中國作協主席鐵凝，法國駐華大使羅梁出席論壇并致辭。中國作家蘇童、梁鴻、徐則臣在現代文學館現場與法國作家馬庫斯·馬爾特、瑪麗·達里厄塞克、圣地亞戈·阿米戈雷納視頻連線，圍繞“文學的所見與未見”這一主題，從不同角度探討了文學所見證的，以及文學有待探索的。論壇開幕式由中國作協黨組成員、書記處書記胡邦勝主持，北京大學法語系主任董強主持了作家對話環節。魯迅文學院第39屆高研班學員以及各界文學愛好者百余人參加論壇。

中法文學論壇創辦于2009年，已在北京、巴黎舉辦過4屆。中法兩國30多位作家先后參與論壇活動，論壇已成為中法文學界最高規格的機制性交流平臺，正如鐵凝所說，是“一座堅固的、歷久彌新的橋梁”。

The 5th China-France Literature Forum Kicks off Seen and Unseen in Literature

On April 21, the Fifth China-France Literature Forum, co-sponsored by the Chinese Writers Association and the French Embassy in China, has been held at the National Museum of Modern Chinese Literature in Beijing through a combination of online and offline methods.

Tie Ning, chairman of the Chinese Writers Association, and Laurent Bili, French Ambassador to China,have attended the forum and delivered speeches. Chinese writers Su Tong, Liang Hong, and Xu Zechen conducted online video conference with French writers Marcus Malte, Marie Darrieussecq, and Santiago H.Amigorena. Both sides have discussed about what have been witnessed and to be explored in literature from different perspectives focusing on the theme "Seen and unseen in literature". The opening ceremony of the forum was presided over by Hu Bangsheng, member of the Chinese Writers Association Party committee and Secretary of the Secretariat, and Dong Qiang, director of the French Department of Peking University, has presided over the writers' dialogue session. More than a hundred attendees,including students from the 39thAdvanced Study Class of Lu Xun College of Literature and literature fans from all walks of life, participated in the forum.

Founded in 2009, the China-France Literature Forum has been held for 4 sessions in Beijing and Paris.More than 30 writers from China and France have participated in the forum activities. The event has become the highest-level institutional exchange platform in the Chinese and French literary circles. As the Tie Ning said, it is "a solid and long-lasting bridge".

第37屆上海之春國際音樂節奏響“百年潮·中國夢”

4月28日至5月10日，由上海市文化和旅游局、上海市文聯等主辦的第37屆上海之春國際音樂節緊緊圍繞“建黨100周年”主題，面向世界展示全國多個省市的紅色文藝資源和經典文藝作品。原創新作和大批新生力量在“上海之春”的舞臺上開啟了藝術的春天，新作品展演占全部28臺演出的50%，40多部新作首演，100多名新人在“上海之春”舞臺嶄露頭角。

音樂節期間，舉辦了“百年潮·中國夢——慶祝中國共產黨成立100周年主題音樂會”，指揮家曹鵬、歌唱家才旦卓瑪等著名藝術家同臺獻藝。音樂節以“四史”為主線融紅色經典作品與近年新品佳作為一體，用藝術語言詮釋了黨的100年奮斗史與新中國史、改革開放史、社會主義發展史的深刻關系，在節目策劃上放眼全球，以線上和線下同臺演出的方式，讓不同國家的藝術家以藝術相聚,開幕主題音樂日，巴黎管弦樂團、澳大利亞歌劇院交響樂團、以色列耶路撒冷室內樂團等海外頂尖藝術機構的藝術家與中國本土藝術家依靠“云端”，創新性地實現了“同臺”。借上海之春國際音樂節的契機，上海文藝界向世界人民展示中國抗疫的階段性成果。

The 37th Shanghai Spring International Music Festival presents "Hundred Years Wave · Chinese Dream"

From April 28thto May 10th, the 37thShanghai Spring International Music Festival, sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles, etc., closely focused on the theme of "The 100thAnniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China",presenting red literary resources and classic literary works of many provinces to the world. Original innovative works and a large number of new forces have ushered in the spring of art on the stage of"Shanghai Spring". New works accounted for 50% of all 28 performances, more than 40 new works were premiered, and over 100 newcomers came to prominence on the stage of "Shanghai Spring".

The "Hundred Years Wave · Chinese Dream -themed Concert to Celebrate the 100thAnniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" has been held during the festival. Famous artists, such as conductor Cao Peng and singer Caidan Zhuoma performed on the same stage. The music festival takes the "Four-History" as the main line and integrates red classic works with new products in recent years, employing artistic language to interpret the profound relationship between the party's 100-year history of struggle and the history of new China, the history of reform and opening up, and the history of socialist development. With a global vision in planning, we will allow artists from different countries to gather together through online and offline performances on the same stage. On the opening theme music day, artists from top overseas art institutions, such as the Paris Orchestra, the Australian Opera Symphony Orchestra, and the Jerusalem Chamber Orchestra of Israel, and local Chinese artists relied on the "cloud" to innovatively achieve the "same stage". Taking advantage of the Shanghai Spring International Music Festival, Shanghai's literature and art circles have demonstrated the people of the world the staged-achievements of China's fight against the epidemic.

全國文聯外事工作交流培訓班在西安舉辦

為深入學習貫徹習近平外交思想，貫徹落實中央對外及對港澳臺方針政策，6月2日至6日，由中國文聯主辦，陜西省文聯、中國文聯國際聯絡部承辦的2021年全國文聯外事工作交流培訓班在陜西省西安市舉辦。來自全國各省區市、新疆生產建設兵團文聯外事工作負責人，各全國文藝家協會外聯處負責人、中國文聯相關部門、直屬單位代表等近百人參加。中國文聯黨組成員、書記處書記張雁彬以及中國文聯國際聯絡部主任董占順，陜西省文聯黨組書記、常務副主席吳豐寬等有關方面負責人出席開班式，開班式由董占順主持。

開班式后，張雁彬作題為《進一步增強文化自信提升中華文化國際影響力》的專題講座。他強調，我們做好文聯系統的外事工作，首先要牢記習近平總書記的指示批示精神，把握好中央的相關決策部署。在新時代國家外宣格局中、在文化“走出去”的過程中，發揮好文藝、文聯的作用，引導廣大文藝工作者更好地履職盡責、服務大局。謀事之基、成事之道在于要看得清形與勢，我們想問題、辦事情、有作為，要清楚把握國際國內的總體態勢，善于突破瓶頸與制約。他指出，當今我們文化“走出去”的總體態勢可以歸納為四個特點：大勢有利、形勢逼人、態勢強勁、優勢明顯。我們要在此基礎上，認真梳理文聯系統走出去的優勢與路徑，充分發揮文聯組織的優勢、內容的優勢和人才的優勢，為文聯系統開展對外文化交流，搭好民心相通的橋梁創造良好的條件。

本次培訓班得到了相關業務主管部門的大力支持，多位專家分別就習近平外交思想、外事管理、對外及對港澳臺文化交流形勢與任務等內容進行專題授課。河北省文聯、上海市文聯、四川省文聯、甘肅省文聯4家單位作大會交流發言，分別從不同方面和角度，與大家分享了各自的工作經驗和體會。

培訓期間，與會人員結合工作實際，就新形勢下文聯履行外事職能的新情況、新問題，如何認識外事工作在履行文聯職能中的地位、作用，新形勢下文聯外事工作面臨的新挑戰，外事工作方式和手段應如何創新等話題暢所欲言，展開了深入交流研討。

Foreign Affairs Exchange Training Class of CFLAC Held in Xi'an

In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts, and implement the central government's policies on foreign affairs and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, 2021 CFLAC foreign affairs exchange training courses, hosted by CFLAC, Shaanxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the International Liaison Department of CFLAC has been held in Xi'an city of Shaanxi province from June 2 to 6. Nearly a hundred people have participated into the event, including persons in charge of foreign affairs from literary and art circles of all provinces and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,external liaison office of all artists' associations, CFLAC's related departments and other directly-affiliated departments. Zhang Yanbin, member of the party group and secretary of CFLAC, Dong Zhanshun, director of the International Liaison Department of CFLAC, and Wu Fengkuan, secretary of the party group and executive vice chairman of the Shaanxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles have attended the opening ceremony, which is presided by Dong Zhanshun.

After the opening ceremony, Zhang Yanbin has given a special lecture entitled "Further Enhance Cultural Confidence and Improve the International Influence of Chinese Culture". He emphasized that, in order to do a good job in terms of foreign affairs in the literary and art federation system, we must first keep in mind the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions and understand the relevant decisions and deployments of the central government. In the new era of the country's overseas publicity frame, and in the process of cultural outreach, we should give full play to the role of literature and its associations,and guide the majority of literature and art workers to better perform their duties and serve the overall situation. The foundation and the way to get things accomplished are to clearly see the situation. We must think about issues, finish tasks, and make a difference. We must also clearly grasp the overall situation domestically and globally, and we should be good at breaking through bottlenecks and constraints.He pointed out that the overall situation of our culture going-out today can be summarized into four characteristics: favorable general situation, intense situation, strong dynamic and obvious advantages. On this basis, we must carefully sort out the advantages and paths of the literary and art system to go out,give full play to the advantages of the literary and art organization, content and talents, so as to create a sound condition for carrying out foreign cultural exchanges and building a favorable bridge of people-topeople bonds

This training class has received strong support from relevant authorities. Many experts gave lectures on Xi Jinping's diplomatic thoughts, foreign affairs management, situation and tasks of cultural exchanges with foreign countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Some four literary and art circles associations of Hebei, Shanghai, Sichuan and Gansu gave speeches at the conference, sharing their work experience from different aspects and perspectives.

During the training period, the participants, combining with the actual work situation, have conducted indepth exchanges and discussions about a number of topics, including the new situation and new problems in the performance of the foreign affairs function of literary and art association under the new condition,how to understand the status and role of the foreign affairs work in the performance of the functions of the literary and art association, and the new challenges faced by the foreign affairs work under the new situation, and how to innovate working methods accordingly.

第九屆中國北京國際美術雙年展征稿啟動

由中國文聯、北京市人民政府、中國美協主辦的第九屆中國北京國際美術雙年展近期發布征稿啟事，展覽將于2022年1月18日至2022年3月1日（暫定）在北京中國美術館（主場館）和2022北京冬奧會和冬殘奧會非競賽場館（分場館）舉辦，主場館展出作品約600件，分場館展出作品件數根據實際需要確定。

本次參展作品將來自世界五大洲，遴選各參展國具有影響力的藝術家及其代表作品。展覽以繪畫和雕塑作品為主，也吸納一定數量的影像及裝置類作品。報名時間為即日起至2021年8月31日。本屆北京雙年展的顧問是靳尚誼、馮遠、邵大箴、王明明，范迪安、徐里、吳為山、李象群、諸迪擔當總策劃，主題為“生命之光”，涵蓋奧運精神與抗疫精神。奧運精神與抗疫精神高度契合，集中體現了人類生命的價值、尊嚴、能量和光輝。中國是奧林匹克精神的弘揚者，北京雙年展用精彩的藝術創作宣告人類信心和勇氣的回歸，表現人們如何通過競技體育綻放生命的光輝，戰勝疾病的侵襲，迎接更加美好的未來，這使得本屆北京雙年展具有特殊的歷史意義。

第九屆中國北京國際美術雙年展與第24屆北京冬奧會相繼舉辦，而且作為北京冬奧會期間正式的城市文化活動，具有特別重要的歷史性意義。中國北京國際美術雙年展自2003年舉辦首屆以來，已經相繼成功舉辦了八屆。

Start of Contributions for the 9th China Beijing International Art Biennale Kicks off

The 9thChina Beijing International Art Biennale, sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Beijing Municipal People's Government, and the Chinese Artists Association, has recently released a call for contributions. The exhibition will be held from January 18, 2022 to March 1, 2022(tentative) at the National Art Museum of China in Beijing (main venue) and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics non-competitive venues (sub-venues). The main venue will exhibit about 600 works, and the number of works in the sub-venues will be determined according to actual requirement.

The works in this exhibition come from the five continents of the world, and influential artists and their representative works from each participating country will be selected. The exhibition focuses on paintings and sculptures, but also includes a certain number of video and installation works. The registration period is from now until August 31, 2021. The consultants of this Beijing Biennale are Jin Shangyi, Feng Yuan, Shao Dazhen, Wang Mingming. Fan Di'an, Xu Li, Wu Weishan, Li Xiangqun, and Zhu Di are the chief planners.The theme is "The Light of Life", covering the Olympic and anti-epidemic spirits. The Olympic spirit is highly compatible with the anti-epidemic spirit, which embodies the value, dignity, energy and brilliance of human life. China is a proponent of the Olympic spirit. The Beijing Biennale uses wonderful artistic creations to announce the return of human confidence and courage, showcasing how people can shine the glory of life through competitive sports, overcome the invasion of disease, and welcome a better future. It makes this Beijing Biennale of special historical significance.

The 9thChina Beijing International Art Biennale and the 24thBeijing Winter Olympics shall be held successively, and, as a formal urban cultural event during the Beijing Winter Olympics, it has a particularly important historical significance. Since its inaugural in 2003, Beijing International Art Biennale has been successfully held for 8 consecutive sessions.
