胃鏡結(jié)合生化檢驗(yàn)診斷胃異位胰腺的準(zhǔn)確性及有效性

[摘要] 目的 探討胃鏡結(jié)合生化檢驗(yàn)診斷胃異位胰腺的準(zhǔn)確性及有效性。 方法 選取2019年2月至2020年2月湖北理工學(xué)院附屬黃石愛康醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科收治的胃異位胰腺患者90例作為研究對象，依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組與觀察組，每組各45例。對照組采取X線鋇餐透視試驗(yàn)，觀察組應(yīng)用胃鏡結(jié)合生化檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行治療，比較兩組對胃異位胰腺診斷的準(zhǔn)確性及有效性。 結(jié)果 觀察組診斷準(zhǔn)確率高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組漏診率、誤診率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）;觀察組患者胃液淀粉酶、脂肪酶均低于胰腺管液，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 采用胃鏡結(jié)合生化檢驗(yàn)診斷胃異位胰腺具有較高的診斷準(zhǔn)確率，同時(shí)還可提供相應(yīng)的治療方式，為疾病的診斷治療提供有價(jià)值的參考依據(jù)，具有較高的診斷價(jià)值。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the accuracy and effectiveness of gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas. Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric heterotopic pancreas admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology， Huangshi Aikang Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Polytechnic University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， with 45 cases in each group. The control group underwent X-ray barium meal fluoroscopy test，while the observation group underwent gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests. The accuracy and effectiveness in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas were compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，with statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate between the two groups （P>0.05）. In the observation group， the contents of amylase and lipase in gastric juice were lower than those in pancreatic duct fluid，with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion Gastroscopy combined with biochemical tests can achieve a high diagnostic accuracy rate in the diagnosis of gastric heterotopic pancreas，and it can also provide corresponding treatment methods，which provides a valuable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases， and has a high diagnostic value.
