Research on multidisciplinary cooperation in improving nurses' use of mobile ECG workstation

[Abstract] Objective To explore the multidisciplinary cooperation in improving nurses′ ability to use mobile ECG workstations. Methods A total of 100 nurses who underwent electrocardiogram examinations in a certain department of our hospital from May to December 2018 were randomly selected as the control group， and they used conventional operation mode. In addition， 100 nurses who underwent ECG examinations in this department of our hospital from May to December 2019 were randomly selected as the observation group. They underwent a multidisciplinary cooperative management model. The satisfaction of patients， the passing rate of nurses′ ECG operation examination， the rate of ECG rework， and the average time of ECG collection of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The satisfaction degree in the observation group was 92.0%， which was higher than that of 71.0% in the control group ， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The difference in the passing rate of nurses′ ECG operation examination was 98.0% in the observation group， which was higher than that of 81.0% in the control group， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. The ECG rework rate in the observation group was 2.0% （2/100）， which was lower than that of 19.0%（19/100） in the control group ，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The average time of ECG collection in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The multidisciplinary cooperative management model can effectively improve the nurses′ ability to use the mobile ECG workstation than the conventional operation model.

心電圖網絡信息系統采用國際DICOM 3.0標準，應用有線和無線兩種心電傳輸模式，無線心電網絡信息系統使醫院多處的心電圖機、動態心電圖系統、運動負荷系統、監護病房及手術全程監測過程中的心電信息，通過網絡平臺傳送到醫院信息管理系統（HIS），實現了心電圖申請預約、檢查、心電圖報告集中儲存和實時調閱、查詢等功能，實現心電圖檢查網絡共享[1]。本項目團隊提出多學科合作模式，用于提高心電圖檢查的精準性水平，提高護理操作和科研水平，改善實施效果，為實施心電信息網絡系統管理的醫院人員培訓提供參考，進一步減少患者誤診率，改善患者就醫體驗，現報道如下。
