PICC置管患者自我管理能力及影響因素分析

[摘要] 目的 探討PICC置管患者自我管理能力及影響因素。 方法 選擇2019年1—12月我院行PICC置管的患者100例為調查對象，采用PICC自我管理能力量表對患者PICC自我管理能力進行調查。根據患者得分分為>140分組與≤140分組。單因素及多因素分析PICC置管患者自我管理能力影響因素。 結果 ①100例平均得分（135.4±27.9）分。②單因素分析結果顯示，年齡>60歲者得分>140分比例低，文化程度大專及以上、置管時間>6個月、家庭人均月收入≥5000元的患者得分>140分比例高，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。③多因素分析結果顯示，年齡對患者自我管理能力呈負向影響，而文化程度、置管時間、家庭人均收入對自我管理能力呈正向影響（P<0.05）。 結論 PICC置管患者整體上自我管理能力在中上等，但仍有部分患者得分偏低。文化程度、年齡、置管時間、家庭人均月收入是影響患者自我管理能力的相關因素。

Analysis on the self-management ability and impacting factors of patients with PICC intubation

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the self-management ability and impacting factors of patients with PICC intubation. Methods A total of 100 patients treated with PICC intubation and admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the respondents，and the PICC self-management ability was investigated using the PICC self-management ability scale.Patients were divided into the group of more than 140 points and the group of no more than 140 points.Univariate and multivariate analysis of impacting factors on self-management ability of patients with PICC intubation. Results ①The average score of 100 patients was （135.4±27.9） points. ②The results of univariate analysis showed that the proportion of patients with the age more than 60 years old who scored more than 140 points was low，while the proportion of patients with the educational level of college or above，intubation time of more than 6 months，and the family average monthly income of no less than 5， 000 CNY who scored more than 140 points was high，with statistically significant differences （P<0.05）. ③The results of multivariate analysis showed that age had a negative effect on patients′ self-management ability， while education level，intubation time and family income per capita had positive efficacies on self-management ability （P<0.05）. Conclusion The overall self-management ability of patients with PICC intubation is medium and high，but some patients still have low scores.Educational level，age，intubation time and family average monthly income per capita were the related factors that affected patients′ self-management ability.
