The effect of early cold compress and arthroscopic surgery on meniscus injury and its influence on joint function

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early cold compress and arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury and its influence on patients' joint function. Methods A total of 50 meniscal injury patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group by random number grouping method， with 25 cases in each group. The control group patients were given arthroscopic surgery. Patients in the study group were given arthroscopic surgery after early cold compresses before surgery. The treatment effect，surgery-related indicators，knee swelling degree， joint range of motion， and joint function scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the study group was 96.0%， which was higher than that of（72.0%） in the control group， with significant difference（P<0.05）. The degree of joint swelling in the study group was lower than that in the control group at each time point after treatment， with significant difference（P<0.05）. The operation time and postoperative functional activity time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， with significant difference（P<0.05）. The knee joint function score and knee joint range of motion in the study group were higher than those in the control group three months after surgery， with significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion Early cold compress combined with arthroscopic surgery for patients with meniscus injury can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients， improve the treatment effect， reduce the knee swelling of the patients， and promote the recovery of the joint function of the patients. It has important clinical application value.

在脛骨關(guān)節(jié)面上有內(nèi)側(cè)和外側(cè)半月形狀骨，稱為半月板，其邊緣部較厚，與關(guān)節(jié)囊緊密連接，中心部薄，呈游離狀態(tài)，半月板承擔(dān)著吸收震蕩、穩(wěn)定膝關(guān)節(jié)的重要作用[1]。出現(xiàn)半月板損傷的患者除邊緣部分損傷后可以自行修復(fù)外，半月板破裂后不能自行修復(fù)，且半月板切除后，可由滑膜再生一個(gè)纖維軟骨性的又薄又窄的半月板。隨著臨床科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，越來(lái)越多的患者選擇關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療半月板損傷，同時(shí)也能夠規(guī)避傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)術(shù)后康復(fù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、創(chuàng)傷大等不足，治療效果較理想[2]。同時(shí)，在術(shù)前配合早期冷敷治療，能夠進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)患者關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)，減少患者的疼痛感與肢體腫脹程度。因此本研究選取2018年7月至2020年7月我院共收治的50例半月板損傷患者作為研究對(duì)象，旨在探討早期冷敷及關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療半月板損傷的治療效果及對(duì)患者關(guān)節(jié)功能的影響，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
