stretch， expand， extend與spread

這些動詞都有“伸展;擴展;擴大”之意。stretch 表達(dá)“伸展;拉長”，指由曲變直、由短變長的伸展，不是加長，側(cè)重“形狀的變化”;expand 表示“展開;擴大”，指尺寸的增加、范圍和體積的擴大，側(cè)重“膨脹”;extend表示“伸出;延伸”，指空間范圍的擴大、長度、寬度的朝外延伸、時間的延長，側(cè)重“時間和空間的延伸”;spread 表示“伸開;傳播”，指向四面八方擴大傳播的范圍，側(cè)重于傳播和散布。
