游戲教學在小學心理健康教育課程中的應用分析

【摘? 要】游戲教學在小學心理健康教育課程中的應用十分普遍，也取得了較好的教學成果。在游戲內容、游戲環節中滲透心理健康教育知識，既可以有效提升心理健康教育課程的教學效率，又可以全面提高小學生的健康認知和健康素養。本文對游戲教學的應用價值進行介紹，并且從三個方面闡述其應用策略。

Analysis of the Application of Game Teaching in the Curriculum of Primary School Mental Health Education

【Abstract】Game teaching is widely used in primary school mental health education courses， and good teaching results have also been achieved. Infiltrating mental health education knowledge in game content and game links can not only effectively improve the teaching efficiency of mental health education courses， but also comprehensively improve the health cognition and health literacy of primary school students. This article introduces the application value of game teaching， and elaborates its application strategy from three aspects.

在小學心理健康教育課程中，由于小學生年齡小、認知淺、思維弱等特點，因此教師在進行健康教育時，要選擇正確且適宜的方法，幫助小學生接受和掌握心理健康知識，以保護學生的身心健康。將游戲教學運用在心理健康教育課程上，一方面，教師可以通過游戲的趣味性，激發起小學生對心理健康課程的學習興趣;另一方面，可以通過游戲的實踐性，調動起小學生對心理健康知識的運用和拓展能力。因為小學生正處在心智、思維的啟蒙階段，因此教師需要用游戲來激發小學生的學習興趣，讓小學生在游戲的氛圍中感受健康教育課程的價值和意義，從而保障自身的身心健康。

一、游戲教學在小學心理健康教育課程中的應用價值

（一）有利于提高小學生的環境適應能力

在實踐教學活動中我們可以了解到，小學生的思維、行為容易受到外界因素的干擾。所以，在具體的心理健康教育過程中，教師要注重學生學習環境的優化，讓學生切實感受到游戲教學的趣味性，并可以集中學習注意力，專心學習心理健康課程。……
