沒有人會(huì)否認(rèn)克米亞斯神學(xué)院在當(dāng)今的歷史和建筑價(jià)值。因此，該項(xiàng)目首要任務(wù)就是修復(fù)其中最重要的建筑空間（大廳，主教堂，禮堂，小教堂和修道院回廊），并恢復(fù)學(xué)院建筑的外部配置以及精美獨(dú)特的立面。對(duì)于神學(xué)院充滿敬意的修復(fù)將重現(xiàn)這座歷史遺產(chǎn)的昔日輝煌。建筑的整體恢復(fù)工作包含在某些區(qū)域更深入的修復(fù)工作。尤其是在面對(duì)功能缺失，結(jié)構(gòu)損壞，以及缺少必要設(shè)備的情況下，建筑師必須采取更復(fù)雜和系統(tǒng)的介入方式。

通過使用一種可以在內(nèi)部埋設(shè)空調(diào)管道的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)，我們尋找到了對(duì)兩個(gè)回廊進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一修復(fù)的方法。除了滿足結(jié)構(gòu)需求和整合新設(shè)備外，這個(gè)系統(tǒng)還賦予神學(xué)院全新的室內(nèi)空間特征。原有的墻體成為新的 “技術(shù)墻體”，并連接了多功能廳和兩個(gè)回廊庭院。

教室朝向庭院新開設(shè)的入口在這兩個(gè)空間中建立了新的視線連接關(guān)系，并賦予庭院以新的功能。另外。建筑的修復(fù)工作也包括恢復(fù)庭院中原有的重要植物（紫衫等），并在周圍種植落葉喬木。這樣做的目的是希望將原有的庭院改造成為更加適合日常休憩的空間。

Nobody currently disputes the architectural value of the building,therefore the project contemplates the conservation of the most significant architectural spaces of the building (lobby,church,auditorium,chapel and cloisters) and of all its exterior configuration,with its facades that draw the silhouette so characteristic of the Seminary.A respectful restoration of these architectural elements of our Heritage that restores their original splendor again.These restoration works are complemented with a more intense rehabilitation work on the area of the building whose state of conservation and lack of functional,structural and non-existent facilities advises a greater degree of intervention.

The proposal for the rehabilitation of the two cloisters of the building must combine all the requested demands with a single action;a single constructive element that,in addition to complying with the structural requirements and integrating the facilities,is capable of configuring the new character of the interior spaces of the old Seminary.In this way,the current wall becomes a new “technical wall”that articulates the relationship between multipurpose rooms and the two cloisters of the building.

The new opening of gaps between cloisters and rooms allows a new visual connection and use of the courtyards.In both courtyards a landscaping treatment is projected with the recovery and enhancement of the most significant plant species (yew,...) and the incorporation of perimeter masses of deciduous trees.With this project,the patios become open-air living spaces.
