世界上最聰明的動物

Humans are very smart. We can stand up， walk， talk and think. We could make fire to cook food a long， long time ago. There are some other smart animals in the world， too. The BBC listed（羅列） the top five smartest animals after humans. Here they show themselves to us.

高智商的黑猩猩

Our IQ（智商） is closest to humans. We have about 66 different ways to communicate（交流） in the forest（森林）. For example， we shake hands（握手） with others to ask them to play together. We can learn sign language（手語）. Do you know the movie Rise of the Planet of the Apes（《猿族崛起》）？ In the movie， the chimpanzee Caesar even learns to speak English.

富有同情心的海豚

We have big brains， about 40 percent（百分之……） bigger than humans. We always do different games to kill time（打發時間） in the sea. We jump one after another to see who can jump the highest. And we are full of sympathy（同情心）. Once a dolphin called Moko saw two dying（奄奄一息的） big fish on a beach in New Zealand（新西蘭）. Moko helped them go back to the sea.

擅用工具的猩猩

We live in the forest. We have excellent memories（記憶力）. We can remember clearly where to find fruits in different seasons. We are also good at using tools（工具）. We use a stick（木棍） to get honey（蜂蜜）. We also use leaves as toilet paper and larger leaves as umbrellas.

精于藏身的章魚

We prefer to（更喜歡） live in the sea than in aquariums（水族館）. But some of my friends live in the aquariums. We can easily make trouble for people. We can make the water overflow（溢出） from the water tank（水箱）.

巧開堅果的烏鴉

We may not be the most beautiful birds， but we are very clever. We like eating nuts. Breaking（弄碎） the nuts is a piece of cake（小菜一碟） for us. We throw the nuts on the street. Then the passing（開過的） cars break them for us！ When the traffic lights turn green， we quickly fly to the street to get our food back.
