2020中國國際紡織機械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展覽會開幕

2020中國國際紡織機械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展覽會（以下簡稱“2020紡機聯(lián)合展”）如期于2021年6月12～16日在國家會展中心（上海）舉辦。來自中國、德國、意大利、日本以及瑞士在內(nèi)的全球1200余家紡機企業(yè)將悉數(shù)亮相，展覽展示面積達16萬平方米。

本次展會啟用了6個展館，其中H3為織造、編織展區(qū)；H4.1為針織展區(qū)；H5為服裝及其他紡織品加工，染整、再循環(huán)、染料與化學品，研究創(chuàng)新，印花等展區(qū)；H6為染整、再循環(huán)、染料與化學品展區(qū)；H7為非織，紡紗、化纖、絡(luò)筒、變形、捻線展區(qū)；H8為紡紗、化纖、絡(luò)筒、變形、捻線，測試展區(qū)。

紡機聯(lián)合展從2008年開始舉辦，已經(jīng)成功走過10年6屆，展覽會的專業(yè)化、國際化程度不斷提升，已經(jīng)成為全球紡機領(lǐng)域雙數(shù)年最為重要的展示平臺。每屆展覽會現(xiàn)場，全球頂尖紡機制造商集結(jié)于此發(fā)布新品、傳遞行業(yè)動態(tài)。十年來，展覽會所形成的聚集效應吸引了近百萬人次赴現(xiàn)場參觀洽談。

多年來，中國國際紡織機械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展覽會一直被視為紡織業(yè)發(fā)展的“晴雨表”，紡織業(yè)亟需解決哪些問題？紡企期待怎樣的提升？在歷屆“紡機聯(lián)合展”中，業(yè)界都能從展出的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)乃至理念中尋找到這些問題的答案，無不緊扣紡織業(yè)發(fā)展熱點和需求。

在紡機聯(lián)合展上，從“十三五”之初的“粗細聯(lián)”展示，到此后的“粗細絡(luò)聯(lián)”推出，乃至當下的紡紗全流程智能化，被串聯(lián)起的工序越來越多，每一屆展會上業(yè)界都能捕獲此類信息。隨著數(shù)字化、連續(xù)化、智能化的推進，紡織萬錠用工數(shù)量也一再被刷新。若對比改革開放之初上百人的萬錠用工量，如今的十幾人，無疑展示出了改革開放40年來，紡織業(yè)發(fā)展的速度和成果。“智能制造”讓紡織業(yè)釋放出了全新的產(chǎn)業(yè)特質(zhì)和競爭力。

紡織業(yè)的“智造”在有規(guī)劃、有目標地推進著，圍繞智能制造，“十三五”期間在紡紗、滌綸長絲、針織、印染、無紡布、服裝以及家紡等多個領(lǐng)域同步推進著智能制造示范線的建設(shè)，并陸續(xù)取得了令人矚目的成績，無論是提質(zhì)、增效，還是降低用工，融入了“智造”的紡織業(yè)擁有了更加強大的發(fā)展力量。可以看出，“十三五”期間“智造”讓紡織業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展有了依托，讓行業(yè)高附加值生產(chǎn)成為了可能。本屆紡機聯(lián)合展上業(yè)界一定能夠目睹更多領(lǐng)域、更加成熟的智能化產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)。讓我們以2020年中國國際紡織機械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展覽會為焦點，拭目以待更多創(chuàng)新，用智造技術(shù)開啟行業(yè)的新征程！

From June 12th to 16th， 2020 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA ASIA （hereinafter referred as 2020 ITMA ASIA + CITME） will be held at National Exhibition and Convention Center （NECC） in Shanghai， where exhibition area covers 16，000 square meters. More than 1200 textile machinery enterprises from China， Germany， Italy， Japan and Switzerland will bring their latest products to meet with visitors.

This exhibition has 6 pavilions， among these， H3 is the weaving exhibition area； H4.1 is the knitting exhibition area； H5 is an area for garment and other textile processing， such as dyeing and finishing， recycling， dyes and chemicals， research and innovation， printing and so on； H6 is recycling， dyes and chemicals exhibition area； H7 is nonwovens， spinning， chemical fiber， winding， deformation and twisting exhibition area； H8 also has the spinning， chemical fiber， winding， deformation and twisting area and test area.

Since 2008， the Textile Machinery Joint Exhibition has been successfully held for six times in ten years. As the exhibition is more and more professional and international， it has become to the most important display platform in global textile machinery field. On the scene， countless top textile machinery manufacturers from all over the world gather here to release their new products and trends to visitors and buyers. In the past ten years， the gathering effect of the exhibition has attracted nearly one million people to visit and negotiate on the spot.

For many years， ITMA AISA + CITME is seemed as the barometer of the development of the industry all the time. What problems are need to be solved in urgent？ What kind of promotion do textile enterprises expect？ Every event， industry insiders can find the answers to these questions from the products， technologies and concepts on display， all of which are closely related to the development hot spots and needs of the textile industry.

In joint exhibition， from the connection technology between roving and spun yarn in the beginning of “ The thirteenth Five-Year Plan”， to the introduction of connection technology of roving， spun yarn and winding， to nowadays， intelligent manufacturing apply to the whole spinning process， more and more processes were connected. These good news can be obtained at every event. With the popularization and advancement of digitalization， continuity and intelligence， the record of the employment quantity of making 10，000 spindles yarn is being rewritten again and again. Compared with the employment number of hundreds of workers in the very beginning of economic reform and open up， now there are less than twenty people， the fact that undoubtedly shows the speed and achievements of textile industry development in the past 40 years. Intelligent manufacturing make the industry release brand new characteristics and competiveness.

Intelligent manufacturing is being promoted in a planned and targeted way in Chinas textile industry. During the thirteenth Five-Year Plan， spinning， polyester， failment， knitting， dyeing and printing， nonwovens， clothing and home textiles as well as other fields are pushing forward the construction of demonstration plan in intelligent manufacturing and obtaining remarkable achievements. No matter in improving the quality and effect， or reducing the labor， the integration of intelligence make the textile industry generate a more powerful force， which make it possible for the industry to produce high valueadded products.
